Best value on the lake. Swam and floated in the lake after hours, enjoyed the yacht club facilities, dined at the "Caddyshack" at Walden golf course, Super Walmart on Hwy 105 made shopping for supplies a dream. Condo had everything needed for a terrific stay, from utensils to a dishwasher, on site washer & dryers, great swimming pool just a few yards from your patio.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great getaway close to home

We had a great time at this condo-quiet and relaxing during our weekday stay. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook with. Rita and Scott were very accommodating in answering all my many questions in a timely manner! We loved the location-close to the pool and on bottom floor, so we were just steps from the water. We look forward to coming back-the water was a little low this time, but actually provided a little "beach" on the sides to get into the lake + there are also ladders from the bulkhead to enter water when levels are up. The only thing that could add more fun, would be a kayak. Unfortunately, the boat rental place close by did not have them.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

What a great condo with a great view! Rita and Scott were great to work with! They have furnished this condo with everything you need, and they provided us with so much information about the local dining, entertainment, and recreation. If you're like me and cringe at the thought of walking into a hotel wondering if the sheets, blankets, and shower were really cleaned, you'll love this place. It's immaculate! We had a great, relaxing time, and we really appreciate you allowing us to stay an extra day on such short notice. We'll definitely be back!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo is just what the doctor ordered...clean, cozy, right on the water, easy access to all the local venues...absolutely perfect! I cannot wait till my next visit!

This was the best place ever!!! We really had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The condo was beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The neighbors were fantastic and very helpful. The fishing was great, my husband caught a 15 pound cat fish and alot of brimm. We are already looking forward to our next trip. My husband and I had an incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay! The condo was very refreshing and neat. There are many things to do around this community but it was hard to leave this cozy condo! The owners are very pleasant people and we enjoyed working with them. Can't wait for our second visit!!

We rented the condo for Jan.Feb.& Mar. we enjoyed our stayed that much that we have rented it again for the same time in 2010.The condo was very nice and clean ,it is in a great area, right next to the water. We rented this condo for our Girlfriend's Getaway, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The view of the lake was very relaxing and made us feel like we had truly gotten away from it all! We enjoyed the pool that was practically right on the back patio. The Yacht Club and Marina were also conveniently located. Thank you Steve and Rita for your hospitality. We also had a great experience with the folks at Just for Fun boat rentals, Sunday brunch at the Yacht Club, and dinner at Fajita Jacks. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others or make a return visit.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The condo was very clean and nice. It's located near the marina and club, which we took advantage of by renting a waverunner and swimming. There is also a pool just outside the condo which is very nice. We will definitely be back! J & G

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was peaceful, cozy and very clean! We liked it that the pool and lake were both so close. The only suggestion I would have is to add an egg crate or foam cushion onto the bed. I thought the bed was very firm, but I also prefer extremely soft beds, so it could just be me. Overall, I loved the condo and would definitely rent it again!

We had a fantastic stay. We've stayed in many condos over the years in the Walden cove area....at LEAST 15. It was very obvious to us that you guys had taken alot of care and put alot of thought into accomodating your guests. We really appreciated the personal touches. You wouldn't believe the "bareness" of some places. We've stayed in good and bad...and yours was great!

This was my first time to rent from an individual. I always stayed at Hilton or Marriott for a get away. There is nothing like that on Lake Conroe. I took a chance on this one. It paid off. The condo looks just like the pics. It was as clean as any Marriott room I ever stayed in..cleaner than a few of them too!! The yaght club restaurant has great food, but a little pricy. The marina to rent a boat was a 2 minute drive. When I stay at the Lake next time, I won't be agonizing over where to stay. Scott and Rita are just plain, nice folks too.

We really enjoyed it and the convenience of being able to keep out boat at the dock was worth a lot for us. Your place was perfect and very, very clean. Huge plus when you rent somewhere. We'll do it again, I'm sure.

The condo was in excellent shape, very clean. As advertised it is right on the water with a boat dock 40ft away. It is located in a very peaceful development. We will be renting this unit again

The place was nice, We fished off the swing set, and rented a wave runner and was able to pick the kids up right by the condo. The pool is right by the condo too.
