This is a luxurious, professionally decorated condominium with 2 bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms and a bunk room to easily accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The unit's bright colors and white Broyhill furniture create a cheerful, relaxed ‘beach cottage’ feel. Relax on the comfortable sofa or chair and enjoy the ocean view, or in the evening enjoy a movie on the 46” 1080p Sharp LCD TV with BlueRay/DVD player and extended cable. Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We fell in love with the Florida Panhandle shortly after we relocated to Atlanta from Toronto, Canada. We had previously enjoyed the beaches in many parts of Florida as well as the Caribbean - but nothing can match the beaches we found in the Panama City Beach area. The sand is sugar white and so fine it literally squeaks when you walk and the water is the deep aqua, teal blue usually only found in the Caribbean. We vacationed in the area for many years at rental properties and finally decided to permanently invest when we discovered Tidewater Beach Resort. We purchased preconstruction several years ago and selected it over other new resorts being built because of the amazing amenities - 3 pools (including an indoor pool), great fitness center with his/her roman tubs, steam rooms, sauna, workout facility, onsite stadium seating movie theater, onsite restaurant and great family atmosphere. We stayed at and looked at many resorts before deciding on Tidewater Beach Resort. Now that the building is completely finished - it has exceeded our expectations. The onsite staff does a great job keeping everything clean and managing the operations. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the new West Beach area in Panama City Beach which has new luxury resorts, Pier Park shopping and entertainment district and great restaurants.

Since this is truly our second home, we equipped the unit with high quality furnishings and linens. We wanted our guests to feel as if they were staying in a true beach home - so we had our unit professionally decorated in beach cottage decor with a clean, upscale 'Pottery Barn' look. We provide lots of little extras like cooking spices and a fully equipped kitchen, Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, Sharp 1080 LCD TV, Blueray player, DVD player and flat panel screen in each bedroom and lots of games and books for the kids. There is plenty of seating on the balcony - whether you choose to relax on a lounge chaise or enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at the table and chairs.
Our location is unbeatable! Walk to Pier Park shopping and entertainment district. You can see Frank Brown Park from our window. Amazing restaurants close by. Minutes to the upscale seaside villages of Water Color, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach that has unique shops, restaurants and entertainment. If golf is your game - there are several challenging courses in the area including the Nicklaus Course at Bay Point Resort, Bay Point's Meadow Course, Holiday Golf Club, Signal Hill Golf Course and Windswept Dunes. You are also a short drive from Sandestin. There are lot's of choices for beach activities including parasailing, wave runners, banana boats and of course don't miss Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.

The condo is beautifully decorated and really well equipped. We cooked several meals, one with food from Buddy's Seafood just up the street, and found everything we needed already provided. We took regular advantage of the wine glasses provided and the balcony for great sunset viewing. This is now my favorite condo at PCB!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo with us. The unit was accurately described, clean and very well-maintained. The owners, Steve and Nancy were easy to work with, very prompt in answering any questions and getting necessary information to us for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and relatives. If you want some great seafood, visit The Back Porch at Pier Park. Another favorite place is Thomas Donuts - Custard filled, chocolate covered Long Johns to die for!!!!!!!!

This unit is fantastic. The decor is very cheery, not too bright, very calming for the beach. Beautiful furnishings. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all of the needed pots, pans and utensils. There are plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. We this is our 3rd stay at the Tidewater and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. I really enjoyed being on the 12th floor, we had a wonderful view (previous stays on higher floors), we could listen to ocean but was high enough not to hear people on the beach. Another plus of this unit is having 2 lounge chairs and a table with chairs on the balcony for the evening sunsets. We were also happy to find a few extra beach chairs in the closet. We also enjoyed playing cards and checkers as well. Nice additional touches made this the perfect unit!

This condo is beautiful & very clean on the inside and the ammenities are fantastic. These are wonderful people to deal with & our family had a fantastic time. The only negative we had & it was of no control of the owners, was the elevators. Our family had a fantastic week and will definitely be visiting again!!

We brought my family of 5 plus my parents to the gulf coast when we rented the condo. The condo was perfect for our family. My parents fell in love with the gulf coast (it was their first beach vacation), and everyone thought the condo worked very well. Breathtaking views of the gulf from the balcony! Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash was soothing and relaxing. Close walking distance to Pier Park for shopping and dining, close to the grocery store, located with convenience close by but still private and quiet to relax with out being in the congestion of the busy panama strip.

We had such a great time at your condo. It was so comfy and felt like home and the beaches here are beautiful. The condo itself if a very clean place. The workout room is huge and the staff very friendly. I love the way you load and unload on the 2nd floor of the parking complex, not having to worry about people pulling in and out in front of the hotel. It is a very convenient way to unpack and pack. We loved the area, close to shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants. We ate at one of the restaurants recommended by a friend and your paperwork (Bone Fish something) and it was excellent and the prices were good. The food was so tasty. We were glad we were not in the hustle and bustle area with the college kids. If you wanted to be, it was only 3-4 miles away, but the condo location was perfect for us and our teenage daughters. The beaches were full of activities. If we ever come back to Panama City, you will be the first one we call. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at the condo. It was great. I would recommend your condo to friends and family, definitely.
