Wow!! Where to begin? I spent weeks researching and reviewing beach rentals in PCB for our spring break getaway, I am so thankful I found this condo! The location was fantastic, the view, superb (on the 12th floor)! The resort itself was great, safe and enjoyable, nice parking garage. The condo was very nicely decorated and maintained, had everything we could have possibly needed, just add groceries and you're set (the Winn Dixie is very close, and had great selections, not to mention a RedBox out front). We were traveling with our 20 yr. old son, 17 yr. old daughter, her friend, and our nephew and his future wife joined us for a few days, the accomodations were perfect! Pier Park, a wonderful outdoor mall with fantastic stores and restaurants was within walking distance. Since we were visiting during spring break, there were definitely a lot of college students present, but the resort does a fantastic job of dividing up the beach area for spring breakers and families, we had no issues. This really is the family friendly end of PCB, we traveled down to Pineapple Willy's for dinner on our last night of vacation, and it was much more congested and "spring breakish", but still enjoyable. I would highly recommend this beach condo! The Bock's were easy to work with, and very professional. We plan on returning next year!

We just returned from our stay at Escape to the Beach. First let me say the pictures on the website do not do the condo justice. It is very roomy...we slept eight comfortably. The condo was very clean (I am OCD so this point was very imperative to me) and well stocked with kitchenware and dishes. There was not one thing that we needed that we did not have during our stay. We cooked some of our meals and ate out at some of the nearby restaurants...a great balance. The decor suits the condo and all the guys loved all the tvs with cable and the women enjoyed the internet access as well as the gorgeous view of the beach from the upper floor. We had such a good time that I wish we were going back soon. The condo was centrally located to Pier Park, a great place to shop and eat and also located near other local restaurants and amenities. We were very impressed with the security at the condo. The security officers were seen quite often and when I went to workout alone, I felt totally comfortable knowing they were on the beat. We also saw them walking the parking garage checking for unwanted people. This really set out minds to ease. The property was very well-maintained. We had no problems at all during our stay. We loved the two beach chairs that came with the rental and took advantage of them each day at the beach. Our children wanted to parasail and the best part of that adventure was that the outside beach hut offered parasailing along with jet skis, etc. They brought the jet ski and banana boat right to the beach where we were to pick up the girls for their high flying adventure. We did not have to drive somewhere to participate in the sport. The owners emailed us a list of things to know and refer to and if you keep that handy and be sure to read through it, it will answer any question you have. I must say, they kept us well informed! The selfish side of me wants to harbor the secret of how great this condo is, while the unselfish side wants to share this good news. You will want to book the Escape to the Beach! I know we will again! Loved...loved..loved the comfort and hospitality!

The condo is beautifully decorated and really well equipped. We cooked several meals, one with food from Buddy's Seafood just up the street, and found everything we needed already provided. We took regular advantage of the wine glasses provided and the balcony for great sunset viewing. This is now my favorite condo at PCB!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo with us. The unit was accurately described, clean and very well-maintained. The owners, Steve and Nancy were easy to work with, very prompt in answering any questions and getting necessary information to us for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and relatives. If you want some great seafood, visit The Back Porch at Pier Park. Another favorite place is Thomas Donuts - Custard filled, chocolate covered Long Johns to die for!!!!!!!!

Perfect Beach Trip

This unit is fantastic. The decor is very cheery, not too bright, very calming for the beach. Beautiful furnishings. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all of the needed pots, pans and utensils. There are plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. We this is our 3rd stay at the Tidewater and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. I really enjoyed being on the 12th floor, we had a wonderful view (previous stays on higher floors), we could listen to ocean but was high enough not to hear people on the beach. Another plus of this unit is having 2 lounge chairs and a table with chairs on the balcony for the evening sunsets. We were also happy to find a few extra beach chairs in the closet. We also enjoyed playing cards and checkers as well. Nice additional touches made this the perfect unit!

This condo is beautiful & very clean on the inside and the ammenities are fantastic. These are wonderful people to deal with & our family had a fantastic time. We brought my family of 5 plus my parents to the gulf coast when we rented the condo. The condo was perfect for our family. My parents fell in love with the gulf coast (it was their first beach vacation), and everyone thought the condo worked very well. Breathtaking views of the gulf from the balcony! Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash was soothing and relaxing. Close walking distance to Pier Park for shopping and dining, close to the grocery store, located with convenience close by but still private and quiet to relax with out being in the congestion of the busy panama strip.

Everything from contacting the owner to our last day at the condo was amazing and very smooth. The owners responded to every email and question I had very fast and it was a hassle free process. The condo was more than pictures will show. You only need to bring clothes because everything you need is in the condo. Tidewater Beach Resort is an outstanding resort. The pools (3), hot tub, beach area, and staff was great. The Panama City Beach area has everything that you could want to do on a vacation. I suggest parasailing and renting a pontoon boat to tour shell island. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great experience.

This is the perfect condo for visiting Panama City Beach! Tidewater Resort is right in the heart of it all! Close to shopping & dining. The condo is very well equiped for a vacation rental. The beach is your back yard! Outdoor pools on either side of the condo is a plus. The condo is spacious and has that home away from home feel! We couldn't have found a better place!

We had such a great time at your condo. It was so comfy and felt like home and the beaches here are beautiful. The condo itself if a very clean place. The workout room is huge and the staff very friendly. I love the way you load and unload on the 2nd floor of the parking complex, not having to worry about people pulling in and out in front of the hotel. It is a very convenient way to unpack and pack. We loved the area, close to shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants. We ate at one of the restaurants recommended by a friend and your paperwork (Bone Fish something) and it was excellent and the prices were good. The food was so tasty. We were glad we were not in the hustle and bustle area with the college kids. If you wanted to be, it was only 3-4 miles away, but the condo location was perfect for us and our teenage daughters. The beaches were full of activities. If we ever come back to Panama City, you will be the first one we call. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at the condo. It was great. I would recommend your condo to friends and family, definitely.

These include two 4200 sq ft outdoor lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, a 4,300 sq ft fitness center with his/hers Roman spa and steam rooms, gym, onsite movie theater, restaurant, convenience store, arcade/games room and Tiki Bar. The new Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex is an easy walk. WIth 150 stores/restaurants and close to 1 million sq ft of retail space - there is something for everyone. Don't forget to check out the brand new city pier across from Pier Park.

Owner response:Tidewater Beach Resort certainly caters to families with children of all ages. The beach in front of the resort has several sand bars and is very shallow and safe for young children and the older kids love surfing with their 'boogie boards'. When the sun goes down there is lots of onsite entertainment including an arcade/games room, onsite movie theater with stadium seating, fitness center and of course crabbing on the beach. Teens can easily walk to Pier Park with 150 shops and restaurants, close to a million sq. feet of retail space and the Grand move theater - there is lots to entertain everyone.

PC Beach 7/11-7/18

Great Condo, very comfortable and plenty of room for the entire family. The only complaint I have is that parking is across the street and to get an elevator can sometimes be a long wait.

Owner response:Our unit certainly does have plenty of room - with 2 good sized bedrooms, a bunk room, three full baths, a large living area and balcony - there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space. The covered parking deck is connected to the building by an enclosed walkway which makes it very convenient to load/unload luggage and groceries. You can also pull right up in front of the building lobby to pickup and drop-off passengers. With seven high speed elevators usually there is not a wait for elevators however during peak season at check in/check out hours there occasionally is a wait. This is a small price to pay to benefit from all the amenities that a large resort like Tidewater Beach Resort offers.

Bock's Escape To The Beach

This as an amazing condo. It has everything you need to have a great beach vacation!! We wish we could afford to spend the entire summer there!! The nice card and the bottle of wine that was left for us was a nice touch!! We saw dophins from the balcony. We also saw sharks swimming by early in the morning-Once there was even a man in the water and the shark just swam right on by like he was not even there. The Bocks give you a great list of where to eat!! Pier Park is just a short walk from the condo!! Super place to spend a week vacation!!

Owner response:There are schools of dolphins that can be seen from our balcony early in the morning, and the kids love looking for crabs on the beach. We have been visiting the area for over 15 years so have gathered our list of favorite restaurants which we share with our guests and also ask guests to recommend new places to try.

What a Great Family Vacation!

We had a great time at your condominium. The view and those sunsets are amazing. You could not ask for anything more to make our stay enjoyable. The kids loved playing with all the games and watching the BlueRay DVD's on that big screen TV. Everything is so clean and crisp. We loved all the amenities the resort has to offer - especially the onsite restaurant and movie theater. I would highly recommend this for families looking for an upscale and full-service resort.

Owner response:We have tried to think of everything our guests would want when outfitting our 'home away from home'. There are plenty of games for children of all ages. There are also tons of beach activities for the older kids - parasaililng, banana boat rides, sea doos.... you will not find a more full-service resort. Be sure to try the great food at our new onsite restaurant and the great drinks and snacks at the poolside Tiki bar.

Very friendly staff and better than best condo. Even though my husband went fishing in Panama City I was able to walk to library and any of the shopping areas. People at the marina in Panama City were very helpful also. Next time we are hoping the pier is open near the condo and he can walk to that and fish.

I want to Thank You for the bottle of wine that greeted us when we entered the condo. That was just the beginning of a wonderful trip. Your condo was beautiful with an amazing view.
