This single story unit is 1400 sq/ft, Vaulted ceilings, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors both in the Living Room and Master bedroom. In addition, and currently under construction Smoketree Commons will be completed soon. South Palm Springs is away from the continuous winds of the Coachilla Valley. Being centrally located, it's fifteen minutes from world class shopping on El Paseo Drive, gourmet restaurants, all of Palm Desert's night life and all recreation activities.
Palm Springs is and ideal base from which to visit the highlights of Southern California, Los Angeles, San Diego and it’s famous Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, with it’s fabulous coast line.
