Our unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a top-of-the-line king mattress, along with a private bath, garden tub, and rain shower. The bunk area has 2 twin beds for the kids, and there is a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room.
Our kitchen and bathrooms feature granite counter tops and are fully equipped with all of the amenities of home, along with a washer and dryer in a laundry room. Barbecue grills are provided on both sides of pool area to grill your favorite meal, or you can enjoy a sandwich and drink at the Riptide, our pool side bar and grill. Alvin's Surf Shop is available for needed extras or enjoy a tasty treat at the ice cream parlor.
Have a relaxing day on the beach or play in one of the 5 aquatic areas at our resort. A water park with 2 slides and interactive spray toys with a large SPLASH bucket will keep your kids occupied for hours.
Two pools, one heated, along with a Jacuzzi is also available. Or, you might just want to relax on an inner tube in the winding lazy river next to the pool. And for those "wee little ones" there is a soft surface toad SPLASH pool to play in.
A complete arcade with a dual mini bowling alley, and air hockey table is available for your children's entertainment. Parents...there is a great fitness center with state of the art equipment and a complete view of the gulf while you exercise.

Thank-you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We really enjoyed our stay & the condo was very accomodating & comfortable. Our children had the best time at the outdoor facilities. The beach was amazing although it stormed the first two days - still beautiful! This was our first stay at Splash and I am sure we will return for a visit. We didn't want to leave! Our vacation here was everything that we had anticipated & more! The only issues we had were the long elevator waits & smoking from the balconies & at the pool area. Truly one of our best vacations!! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home. The palm tree motiff was beautiful!! Our kids had a blast. The pools were a hit. Margaritaville was delicious and Pier Park is great - that's definitely the place to be!! Just wish we could have stayed longer. Carol, I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo. Splash is amazing and we loved the way you had it decorated...so warm and cozy but fun and the little signs with sayings were beyond enjoyable. My friend that lost her husband last year went with me, as well as my teenage daughter and her boyfriend. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. We hated to come home but had no choice, back to work. Again, thank you for making our "quickie" vacation so enjoyable. The beaches and weather were beautiful and the memories will last forever. We had a wonderful time at your condo! The directions were great. Everything was perfect and accurately described in your VRBO ad. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather for the entire stay and appreciate the opportunity to rent your condo. I am looking forward to scheduling another stay at Splash 505 next year.
