The unit has 9' ceilings, living area w/leather love seat and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your every need w/top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area has a table w/6 chairs and 4 bar stools for ample eating area. Enjoy dining on your private balcony which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. What fun to enjoy sunrise, sunset and meals from this extra large balcony with views of the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a storage room off the balcony to store fishing and swiming gear.
TV's, Stereo, VCR's and DVD's are in the unit wired & wireless free internet & Cable in the building. The 3rd Floor has a workout room, steam room, sauna, card room & library. The pool is a swim-thru heated w/ indoor pool for bad weather swimming &(2)Hot Tubs, one inside & one outside. Bar-B-Q grills, picnic tables & new deck furniture & a few short steps to the white sands & beautiful water make your beach experience awesome!

Beautiful white sand and warm climate year-round. Many fun, exciting things to do, great shopping, dinning, water parks, movies, deep sea fishing, boating, golf. Anything and everything you want to have a wonderful vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Extra large balcony, storage room off balcony for our fishing gear and swim rafts. Very comfortable beds and leather furniture which gives the unit a great look. We just redecorated and painted the unit and we would live there if we could. It is totally stress free fun in the sun!!!
