  The apartment is well-situated, clean, and has all amenities. The descriptions were accurate and we were very comfortable there. We were met upon checking in by a concierge who helped orient us to the apartment, gave us the keys, and answered any questions we had. It is comforting to know that should you need help, there is a person in town who is a phone call away. We rented a car, so a big plus for us is that the apartment comes with a garage. No frustrating parking searches or big fees. We were close to everything we needed: shops, bakery, groceries and the beautiful water. We found nearby restaurants to be very good and enjoyed all the local attractions, plus many nearby villages up and down the coast. The elevator in the apartment only holds about 2 people and there are a lot of stairs to the 6th floor. We didn't mind walking, but I just mention it in case that would be an issue for some. We did all transactions with the owner in Paris and he was wonderful to work with. He answered all questions so promptly and made us feel confident about our choice!

  We stayed at Pascal's apartment for part of our honeymoon - had a wonderful time! The apartment is exactly as represented - very clean, large (coming from NY!), and close to everything! We would certainly stay again!

  Everything that one could want for a comfortable week's stay on the French Riviera was either provided in the apartment or came easily to hand. As a couple, we enjoyed a welcome abundance of space in the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. Antibe's location is convenient for touring on the Riviera, the beautiful sand beach is perhaps four blocks walk. The beach has all the amenities of a major seaside resort. Living in the year-round, working part of town gives access to a good supermarket--across the street---and several patisseries, fish stores, restaurants and the like. We were greeted at the apartment on our schedule and shown how to operate the various appliances, enter the parking garage and the like. We used the WiFi system and watched the several English language cable channels. We highly recommend the apartment.

  We recently stayed a week in your wonderful apartment in Juan Les Pins. It's a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located residence (the pictures give an accurate representation of the amenities). The apartment is conveniently located, and we were very happy to have the availability of a garage and off-street parking. We made good use of the patisserie and market on the corner, and the main shopping/entertainment area of Juan is blocks away, as is the train station. We loved dejuner at Le Capitole on Av. Courbet just down the block, and returned twice to Le Paradis, in Juan, because of the exquisite view and food. The luxury of space, bedrooms and baths made all our time in the apartment truly comfortable. Madame Ana Maria could not have been more solicitous, and your readiness to help with the wi-fi set-up was most appreciated. We will return and look forward to not only staying in Juan at your apartment, but will definitely consider your rentals in Paris as well. Thanks for providing us the perfect place to stay in Juan.

  What a fantastic experience. Why would you pay more for a small hotel room when you can stay in a very nice apartment. Pascals apartment was just perfect, comfortable, clean well appointed. There were 4 of us and having two bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a WC was a great way to go. There is a very nice kitchen and even a washer/dryer which was really helpful. The terrace was a pleasent place to sit at the begining of the day and have fresh fruit and breads. Pascal was a great help sending information about sightseeing, restaurants etc before we left for Europe. Pascal had lots of helpful information at the apartment. Location was amazing, great restaurants nearby, markets and shops and the sea shore all within walking distance. Can not wait to go back. I highly recommend this apartment.

  We have just returned from a week at this lovely apartment. It is just 4 mins walk to our favourite beach - La Jetee and provided us with an ideal base. Apartment is lovely, with great decor and the all important air con. If it was a hotel it would be 5 star. You definately do not need a car, ours sat in the garage all week!

• Cockroach Infested!!

  This condo was infested with cockroaches, we were horrified to say the least!!! We killed about 30 in a matter of a few hours, my daughter even found one in her bed, when we called to complain we were told they were not aware of this problem even though there were roach traps all around the condo. Also the building is extremely run down... It is not anywhere close to what we were expecting, we didn't even have sufficient bedding and towels but that was not a big deal compared to the disgusting huge roaches, i have pictures to prove it! We left that first night because we couldn't sleep in there and stayed at a hotel for the week, the trip cost us twice as much, we were not reimbursed in any way!! it was pathetic.

  Owner response: I am sorry to report that this review is a complete lie by someone only looking for a refund after changing his mind for his holidays. There are no insects at all in this luxury condo otherwise everyone would write about it! It is very sad to see people act this way but we cannot do anything about it expect hold on to the promise that the entire description of the condo is true and there are not any insects of any kind. Please do no pay attention and contact me for any questions.

  We have often stayed in Pascal's Paris apartments but this was the first time in Juan les Pins. It is MARVELOUS; lovely and comfortable - extremely roomy and so convienent to everything. Would definately rebook this flat and return to my favorite area. Don't hesitate to contact me for details.

  We stayed here 10 days in June 2009. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The furnishings and decor are excellent and very modern. The flat screen TV was a hit with our elderly mother. WiFi was very useful for those of us that had to stay in contact with work. The beach was 300 meters away and has great restaurants. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this rental.
