The description and pictures cannot even capture this amazing place! All the rooms have the perfect size for a vacation rental. It has private beach access, and the beach is quite empty here and clean! Again, the most fantastic stay! This condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked. Anything a heart could desire was available at this place. The location provides for perfect peacefulness and a very relaxing stay. As at our last stay here, the condo had anything we could possibly need for extreme convenience. The view is amazing. I just cannot find anything, one could do better!!! The beds are super comfy! The patio gets the morning sun, which makes a wonderful breakfast atmosphere. During the day, the patio provides wonderful shade paired with the refreshing ocean breeze. The pool was clean too and the entire complex clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and Lana and Nick are the very best! I really cannot think of anything negative to say! We all had an amazing stay and are planning on reven freeeturning as soon as possible!!!! I will recommend this property to all my friends and family!

October Get-Away

Bring your binoculars to check out the ships coming and going from Brownsville as well as the kite surfers as you relax on the balcony. Walk in the gently sloping ocean water which is 30 seconds away from your condo. Put up your umbrella, sit down and relax in the cool breeze. Lounge at the pool and dip into the hot tub which are right outside your unit. Fix meals in the fully equipped kitchen or head out to places like Blackbeard's, Coconuts or Louie's Back Yard or Padre Island Brewing Co. as we did or pick many other great places. We had a perfectly enjoyable week from Oct. 2-9 in this wonderful condo. We had the place virtually to ourselves and the staff in the office and outside were wonderful. Perfect for just the 2 of us but also perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. Pictures are very descriptive of what you will see and the unit was shiny clean and in tip-top shape! You will not go wrong if you decide to stay here! Thanks for a great week!!

We really enjoyed our visit to SPI and this condo was perfect for us! Loved the view of the ocean and being so close to the beach. We had our two year old and 3 year old with us and the condo worked great for sleeping arrangements and space to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a great condo! The complex is older and bland from street, but this remodeled unit is very clean, comfortable and roomy. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and the complex is landscaped well. We loved the beds, temperpedic I think? Both bedrooms have been recently redecorated and are even nicer than pics. We actually used the living room as a 3rd bedroom for our son and we each took a bedroom for ourselves, not very romantic but extremely restful! The living room has sliding shutter 'walls' and the second bathroom is reached from it. The Kitchen is smaller but updated, clean, fully equipped and perfect for a vacation home. The dining area is very large and seats up to 7. The beach is just steps away, and the view is really incredible.

This condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Much of it appeared brand new. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are very easy to work with.

Great Christmas stay at South Padre. Condo was very nicely furnished, quiet and had a great view of ocean, living room and bedroom furniture were very comfortable as well! Good location, very secure and resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Be sure and eat at Dirty Al's and Gabriella's. Can't wait to come back this summer!

Relaxing

My brother and I took a short trip down to the coast and when we found this property online we knew it was just what we needed. Sure enough it was perfect. Very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable! The pool was relaxing and heated. The hot tub was really a hot tub. The beach was beautiful and the weather was just right to fly a kite. Got some great pictures and it really was the great space in the condo that made it relaxing. The view was also very nice! They had everything from the soap for the laundry to sand toys and boogie boards. Each bedroom had a nice TV with DVD player. I guess you can just say we were really happy with our stay!!! Thank you for a great spot!

Relaxing and Comfortable Condo

Our trip started rough on our end but, once we got to Padre and thru the rough edges everything was WONDERFUL... So nice and relaxing and so carefree. There were so many things to do on the island and w/o any worries. The Condo was beautiful and was very well stocked for every need possible, & right by the pool was great. We will be back!! We loved the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 children). The laundry room was great to have. The condo is very conveniently located to a pretty private beach. The pool was great too for the little ones and for in the evening. The tennis courts were fun to use. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. Our kids walked in and said "This is NICE!" We loved it. We had no Wi-Fi, but we were happy for it, we just spent our time on the beach, in the water, and enjoying South Padre Island. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Place was awesome...one of the best I have stayed at in all my years of visiting spi. It was very clean and the decor was new and quite modern unlike other places where I have stayed. You will find ALL the comforts of home have been taken care of by the owners. All you need a swim suit. Great place to enjoy with your family Lana is polite, prompt and quite helpful. Give it a try...you won't regret it.

A big Thank You to Lana & Nick ! After a long drive , it was a pleasure to be welcomed into such a gorgeous condo. Its so tastefully decorated , as well as extremely comfortable, clean and efficient in every way. The view of the ocean , the proximity to the beach and pool couldnt have been any better. The WIFI was handy for staying in touch with family back home , and the beds were so comfy ! We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen was the best with enough cooking equipment for any meal.I loved the George Foreman Grill so much , I am going to buy one for our home. Unfortunately , we had to leave after only one week of our months stay due to my husband being ill but we hope to return and have another wonderful stay at #202.

We stayed the month of January 2010. We loved the condo - the closeness to the pool, the balcony away from the wind (south side) overlooking the total nature of the park with the view of the bay so nearby (the sound of the waves)and the ships coming and going. Very comfortable beds, well arranged rooms and nice furniture. Very efficient kitchen. Three flat screen TV's - really large one in living room with extended package that was a winner with basketball fanatics (KU) like us. Wi-Fi (best in the guest bedroom) was fast and most of the time was available. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking nearby and secured. Very definately a winner! Thanks to the owners for providing such a "home away from home" to nature lovers and vagabonds like us. Dick and Dona

My husband and my friend and I just stayed at the condo over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time! I've never seen such a clean and well-stocked condo!!!! We loved the balcony -- so relaxing to sit out there and watch the ocean and the dunes. The condo is not only clean, but beautiful! We loved every minute of our visit and hope to come back as soon as possible. We've found the perfect place on the island (we only live an hour away, and have tried many)!

Very good location in the island, nice, clean and quiet condo and very close to the pool. Weak internet signal, AC in the rooms feels warm need to add a fan. Everything else is great. Overall great vacation.

The Condo is terrific. Very well maintained. Really appreciate the coffee filters, napkins, etc. Some places don't provide them at all. The beach umbrella needs to be replaced, it's on it's last leg.We had a great time with the Grandkid's.We look forward to coming back!

This condo was perfect for us. We loved the convenience of the location. It was right on the beach and had a beautiful view from the balcony. It's also right next to Schlitterbahn water park. It was very well furnished and exceptionally clean. There was plenty of room as well. It was also nice to have gated entrance and security. The pool was also clean and well maintained. Nick and Lana: Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beatiful property! This condominium was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! We felt comfortable and cozy the minute we walked in. Very tastefully decorated and every amenity you could imagine. We could tell that you take great pride and care in keeping it up. The location is perfect - both on the island and within the complex! It allows for much peace and privacy while also giving easy access to the beach and pool. Unique in that it does not have anyone above you so there is very little noise. The WIFI worked flawlessly and was super fast (faster than my wifi network at my own home). We noted that the best place to get a full signal was in the guest bedroom (note to future occupants!). The homeowners' association is updating the entire building and it looks like they are doing a fabulous job. We cannot wait to see the updates when we return soon! Again, thank you for allowing us to visit your condo and we will look forward to seeing you and the pristine white sand again in the near future! Take care!
