Wonderful location with a beautiful sunset view of Southmont Cove. The 1400 square foot unit is set up as two bedrooms with a den. There is a wonderful master suite that has a large walk in closet, double sink vanity and a patio door that opens to the lanai (wonderful for your morning coffee).
The guest suite with a privacy door, includes bedroom, bath and den that has a pull out sofa bed.
Vacation Rental Amenities:

The Tiki Club is on the five acre lake, Olympic sized pool with large hot tub (10 x 10), sand beach, exercise room, library, computer room, bar, one mile jogging track around the lake. We love Florida!! I can't get enough of the water, or smell of the water!!! or the Boats !! We wanted to be far enough south to have wonderful weather all year long. Some days in Michigan we want to start driving south until we hit warm weather.

Having breakfast on the patio is my favorite time of day. Walking around the pond to the tiki bar, where you can get something to eat, and pass the time with friends and neighbors is a special perk in the afternoon.
