This new luxury 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Golf Villas townhome is located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort overlooking the fourth fairway of the Francis H. I’i Brown South Course. As you arrive at the townhome you will find a kitchen, dining room, family room, sitting area, guest bedroom, and bathroom on the main level. The kitchen has everything a fully equipped gourmet kitchen should have including stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and granite counter tops. Also included in the kitchen/sitting area is seating for four at the breakfast bar. The separate dining area has seating for six. The family room is where you will find the entertainment including 47” flat screen LCD TV, home theater system, DVD/CD, iPod dock, and wireless internet connection. The sitting area is adjacent to the family room and will provide additional seating for the entertainment systems or simply a place to relax, read a book, and take in the panoramic views of Mauna Kea and its 13,000 ft summit or the golf course just outside the lanai area. The family and sitting areas both have sliding doors which provide access to the ground level lanai. This lanai area overlooks the fourth hole of the South Golf Course and has a built-in Viking gas BBQ, bar sink, granite counter tops, and patio furniture.
The guest bedroom downstairs has two extra long twin beds and its own TV for private viewing and shares a full bath with downstairs visitors. This guest bath is equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, lavatory, and granite counter tops. Adjacent to this guest bath is a laundry area with full size stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find the master suite, guest suite, and study area. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a private balcony which overlooks the golf course and views of Mauna Kea. The master bathroom is a picture of luxury with two lavatories, granite counter tops, soaking tub, separate shower, toilet room, and walk-in closet. The upstairs guest suite is equipped with a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The study area has a desk and couch. This area also has a printer which can be used with your laptop to print boarding passes, etc.
Walking out the front door a short distance down the driveway to the Golf Villas Community Center you will find a beautifully landscaped pool and BBQ area and a well appointed workout room. |
