This house is in a private subdivision, and is very quiet and peaceful. The large wrap around redwood deck is great for relaxing, barbecuing, lounging in the spa, watching the ocean, watching quail run around, sunbathing, and just hanging out.
This location is GREAT for Abalone Divers!
The house is fully furnished, and even comes with golf clubs! The Sea Ranch Golf Course is about 15 minutes away.
There is wine tasting at the nearby Anapolis Winery; and microbreweries are also nearby.
If you happen to have a private plane, you can land at the Ocean Ridge Airport, just 5 miles away - where an F-150, with keys, will be available for your use.

I love to dive. On the North Coast, I dive for abalone, spear fish for ling cod, and scuba dive for scallops. This house is peaceful and is located near a lot of good diving spots and beaches.
