Tropico Vista Tranquila is a one-of-a-kind beach house located on the water in beautiful Paradise Cove on the Island of Utila. No need for boats to isolated beaches, just a seven minute walk to town, yet quiet, safe and secure.

This 3000 sq ft home is luxury like you would expect on the North Carolina or Florida coasts with everything you need to insure a wonderful holiday.

On-site care takers to immediately address any concerns, airport or ferry transfers and optional provisioning services only add to make this a special destination without fear of the unknown.

Need transportation? We have an optional golf cart and scooters available for reduced rental or simply contact our manager to arrange a pick-up or drop-off.

From the time you arrive on the island and until you leave, our staff will do everything possible to insure you a carefree and relaxed vacation.

We even have a back-up generation system to insure that your ice cream doesn't melt and that you don't miss your favorite episode of Law and Order or your favorite movie!!!

NOTE: We do everything possible to insure that everything is in good working order when you arrive but cannot guarantee that a breakdown won't occur during your visit. We will of course repair any problems as quickly as possible.

  • We visited this beautiful home with 4 friends Feb 20-27,2009. We enjoyed all aspects of the house - especially the kitchen, living and dining areas and decks. The view is gorgeous and it was the perfect place for our group to relax for the week. Enjoyed walks to town and shore diving. Thanks to Rodger,Harris and Mary for making our holiday so memorable.

  • My new wife and I just returned from Utila and this beautiful home. Rodger and his people took such good care of both of us, we will never be able to thank them enough. From the diving to the relaxing open feeling of the house, the trip was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks to Rodger, Lorretta and there crew.
