The master suite is a romantic and relaxing retreat, with it's own private bath and has a wonderful teak with leather king size bed and is complete with desk and computer for your use.
One guest suite has a queen and the other a full size bed. Both share a spacious Jack & Jill style bathroom. For extra guest there's a full size sofa bed in living room.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. In the back yard is private patio area with table and chairs with umbrella and a barbecue, it's a perfect place for your morning coffee.
The living room is a perfect place to spend your evenings curled up by the firepalce with a good book and a glass of wine.
The spacious family room is complete with large flat screen TV, DVD player, and all the movie channels. The entire property is fenced for privacy. We even allow pets. Immaculately Clean. Sleeps 8 comfortably

Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Cove
The homes in la Quinta were really priced right and the home I bought was almost brand new with pool and spa. This is a quite neighborhood with lots of privacy and it's located near La Quinta Village where there are great restaurants and shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this New Home
The weather in La Quinta is great in the winter. This is a perfect area for the people living in the north to visit, the weather is very mild and warm. There are many things to do there or you can just relax and take hikes. My home is near great trails for biking and hiking. There are great shops, restaurants and theaters. Also, Galleries and lots of cultural things to do.
