Tranquil Santa Fe style home in peaceful La Quinta Cove, nestled amonst the Santa Rosa Mountains. This three bedroom, two bathroom home comes with a relaxing pool & spa. This home is warm and inviting and is fun for the whole family. Designed with all new furnishings, and extra comfortable beds. Sleeps six comfortably.
Old Town La Quinta is only moments away, and features wonderful food options, entertainment, golf and tennis.
The master suite is a romantic and relaxing retreat, with it's own private bath and has a wonderful king size bed, with Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment.
Bedroom #2 has a queen and bedroom #3 a full size bed. Both share a Jack & Jill style bathroom.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. In the back yard is private patio with table and chairs with umbrella and a barbecue, it's a great place for your morning coffee.
The living room is a perfect place to spend your evenings curled up by the fireplace with a glass of wine while you listen to music or read a good book. It overlooks the pool and spa, and stunning views to the west, of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The spacious family room is complete with large flat screen TV, and a extremely comfortable leather sectional.
The entire property is fenced for privacy. We even allow small pets. Immaculately clean.
La Quinta Cove is centrally located and easy to find yet in a quiet area of the desert. This home is near restaurants, shopping, theaters, golf, tennis & health clubs with the famous La Quinta Hotel nearby. There's hiking & biking trails nearby. There's a lot of activities for the kids too, including The Living Desert, Water Park, even a children's Museum. Also, nearby to the Polo Grounds where there's several Famous Music festivals in the the spring (special rates apply)
This home is secure with fence surrounding the property with no fussy guarded gates to enter. Available for long term rental during the peak season Starting October 15th through June 15th.
