Introducting the BRAND NEW luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina on the island of Oahu! Our villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths in over 1500 square feet of living space. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The doors open up the living space to an expansive lanai adding an additional 220 square feet of outdoor living space with luxury seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a Bosch washer/dryer just which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, Wi-Fi high speed internet, an iPod docking station, 2 DVD players, large flat screen TV's in every room and other amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There are also 2 reserved underground parking spaces included with our unit in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents.
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are two luxury buildings gracing the white sands and turquoise waters of the Honu Lagoon 2, creating a sanctuary that is unrivaled in the islands. The Beach Villas offer every modern resort amenity including a beautiful lagoon pool with a sandy zero entry area for kids and 3 whirlpools. The exterior surroundings are furnished with exquisite outdoor seating and lounge furniture, including comfortable in-pool lounge chairs. There's something here to please everyone.
The Ko Olina Resort and Marina is located on the sunny western coast of Oahu, approximately 27 miles west of Waikiki beach and 25 minutes from the airport. The resort features 4 pristine lagoons ideal for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. The best Luau is a short walk away at Paradise Cove. For boaters, the marina offers sightseeing excursions to see humpback whales and spinner dolphins play offshore during the day or sunset cruises during the evening. For those who enjoy golf, the Beach Villas are across the street from an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson, and home to the LPGA "Fields' Open". Roy's Restaurant is also located across the street at the golf course within an easy stroll.
A 1 1/2 mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. Additional restaurants are located along the way at the JW Marriott and the Marriott Beach and Vacation Club. These restaurants include Chuck's Steakhouse, Kolohe's Bar & Grill (casual), Ushio-Tei Japanese Cuisine, Naupaka Terrace (resort casual), and Azul (upscale). A full service spa is located at the JW Marriott hotel. Restaurants and activities within 3 miles of the Beach Villas include Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park (a favorite of my children), Kapolei Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Safeway grocery, Longs drugstore and, of course, a Starbucks. There are several professional Wolf grills located throughout the Beach Villa's pool area for your own cooking pleasure.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, soaking tub and separate shower. The secondary master is furnished with a queen canopy bed, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk and a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, as well as a DVD player for the kids. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably plus there is a bar with 5 barstools.
We have searched for the perfect vacation property for years, and we finally found it at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. It is completely first class and luxurious. The beaches are uncrowded giving the feel of having your own private beach. The sunsets are spectacular from the resort. Bring or rent snorkeling gear for an upclose view of the sea turtles and tropical fish that frequent the lagoons. Whales are a common site from the beach and the restaurant/bar during December through March. We are confident that you will love it as much as we do!

This is a very nicely appointed united with plenty of room. Great work-out facility. Nice jogging/walking path along lagoons. This is a quiet & relaxing place to stay. Quick access to Highways.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We rented this for a family trip over Christmas 2010 & New Years 2011. Right from the beginning the experience was first class. The owner was very attentive and responsive providing excellent details and information in helping to make the decision to stay here. The unit and furnishing are exactly as described. All top of the line and very well maintained. Pretty much everything you will need except food is provided. This unit is located on the outside facing the Marriot Beach Club but separated by a large open space which made sitting and relaxing on the vast lanai fantastic. The double glass pocket doors really bring the outdoors into the unit. Sitting out there was nice and quiet with sunrises over the mountains and of course sunsets over the ocean. The layout is great with the master bed being separated from the other two bedrooms by the kitchen, dining and living room area providing everyone a little quiet and space when they needed it. All the furnishings were very comfortable and the unit is decorated nicely. Our stay included the end of year holidays, and the resort lobby was decorated beautifully. The staff was both helpful and friendly and we were even invited by other owners that were there at the time to join in their annual New Years Eve festivities at the owners lounge. The 2 separate pool areas are great. There is a logon pool for families and children and a lap pool set aside for quiet relaxation. Each has a hot tub for soaking and relaxing. The gym is well equipped for those that like to have a daily workout like my son. The grounds and gardens are immaculate and well designed to enhance the setting. The lagoons make for peaceful swimming and snorkeling while you can still watch the crashing waves come in from the ocean. The walking path is excellent and provides wonderful views of the grounds, ocean and marina. Once there the rest of the world seems so far away but it is a short drive to most anywhere including Honolulu and Waikiki Beach. The North shore is a short pleasant drive up the island and shopping was convenient with a Costco, Safeway and Target all located 1 exit away. While there we visited Pearl Harbor, went to Hanauma Bay, climbed Diamond Head, spent a few days at different beaches on the North Shore, my son went sky diving for the first time, went to a Luau with my daughter and of course saw some of the most fantastic sunsets ever. We would definitely return and would happily recommend this home to anyone.

I am from Hawaii and come back to visit once a year. I know live in Arkansas. My family and I stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath Luxury Condo for 10 nights. This is by far the best place to stay that is family friendly and clean in Hawaii. The lagoons and pools are very nice. The owner Michelle is very nice and wants you to have the nicest stay possible. The staff was also friendly and great. This place is always going to be the at the top of the list of places to stay for years to come.

My family wanted to make my parents 50th wedding celebration very special. We couldn't have chosen more wisely than this villa in Ko Olina! It is scrumptious to say the least. The beds are heavenly. The space is gorgeous and well appointed. It is roomy, comfy, and kid friendly. We had three generations living there for several days and everyone found something to do that was enjoyable. The gardens and grounds are to die for. I think we must have taken hundreds of pictures. The beach was perfect and we swam with sea turtles and several tropical fish in the cove. If you want a relaxing vacation that isn't far from the city and shopping, look no farther. I can't recommond this property to highly. Book today!

My party of 7 stayed in this Ko Olina Beach condo for one week and it did not disappoint. The minute we stepped thru the door we were all so impressed. Everything within the condo was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It's beautifully furnished and has very modern amenities. We especially enjoyed opening up the glass sliding doors and relaxing in the evening Hawaiian air on the lanai. As for the resort itself, we made use of the great fitness center and the great running path connecting the 4 lagoons. The resort is beautifully landscaped and has a lap and a lagoon pool as a great alternative to the beautiful beach lagoons. The owner is very nice and was responsive and even went so far to suggest places to eat and things to do. We would definitely refer this condo to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, restful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We definitely will be back again! Mahalo!!

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit in August. The condo is lovely and beautifully kept. Ko Olina is a beautiful and secure resort area and convenient to the airport. Boating ,swimming, golfing all right there. The staff was helpful and professional. Definitely plan a dinner at Roy's...across the street at the golf club. JW Marriott also convenient and good place to dine. Also,enjoy a quiet dinner at home after a cocktail on the lanai.The owner was a pleasure to do business with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
