Sunny, urban apartment located in Bootleggers Cove, a charming downtown neighborhood within walking distance of all downtown activities. Anchorage is alive seven days a week with horse drawn carriage rides, biking (rentals around the corner), local regional cuisine, native art, award-winning breweries, marathons, winter festivals & celebrations, and shopping. This apartment is a short stroll from all of it! Photos are shown of unit #2, however, there are several exceptionally cheery, bright and comfortable units available in the building.
Bootleggers Cove, a small, quiet residential area, is a highly prized neighborhood for its convenience and atmosphere. People ski out their front door in the winter and bike in the summer on the Coastal Trail system. McKinley, Sleeping Lady, and the Alaska Range are all visible across Cook Inlet. The sunsets are spectacular! Within walking distance are over 30 restaurants & bars, the Performing Arts Center, Museums, the Courthouse, and downtown offices.
