Unbelievable views from this Okemo Trailside condo on Sachem Trail. Ski in – ski out. Skiing down from Glades Peak or Sachem chair, this condo is located above the first “turn” in the trail. You can ski to and from the front door. Easily ski in for morning coffee break or lunch and be back on the mountain in seconds. Ski for the first hour free and ski back to the condo for an extra layer, a forgotten ticket, or a sleepy head friend or spouse! No bottom of the mountain crowds. No need to go to the bottom. Trail takes you to Northstar lift where you can ski to mid-mountain “Sugar Shack” to get your tickets. Convenient and ample parking at the front door of the condo.
Our huge mudroom with a heated tile floor has a double closet, pegs, 2 wall mounted boot warmers for 8 pairs of boots, a glove warmer and more than ample “cubbie” storage for boots, helmets, gloves, etc.
The open floor plan on the main living area comfortably accommodates your family and friends for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you need for family meals including entertaining, baking or fondue.

Walking distance to snow shoeing through the woods or drive to the golf course and snow shoe or cross country ski.
Do you want to try other mountains? We are about a ½ hr drive to Killington, Pico, Stratton, Bromley, Ascutney or Sunapee. 2 hours to Burlington.
For fall, spring or summer, our association has a pool and tennis courts. Golf is a 15 minute drive to the Okemo course or ½ hour to 2 courses at Killington. The Okemo course includes a driving range, full service shop and restaurant.
We are a short drive to 2 Appalachian Trail “heads”. Or you can hike on the mountain directly from the condo or take the E or C trails and hike to the top of Killington. Take the family up Deer Leap pass on Rte 4 across from Pico, for a great view.
The town of Ludlow and Okemo Mountain have many options for your apre ski experience. Or just ski back to the condo and sit in front of a fire. Unlike several other ski towns, Ludlow has a variety of restaurants, a large grocery store, a bike shop, a hardware store and a myriad of other shops. The Castle has a full service spa with massage. There are festivities year round from fireworks to outdoor concerts and antique shows.
