We arrived on April 13th and stayed until April 19th, 2013. This was a wonderful, relaxing place for our vacation. We arrived to a very clean, fully move in ready place. We saw the owners only one time. Everything was just perfect for us. We enjoyed the area and spent time going through the many shops located close to the residence. We have nothing negative to say about this location. Would recommend this location for anyone who needs peace, quiet and just a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Me, my husband, and our dog just spent 4 nights at this rental and were very happy with the amenities and views. It's is big enough for another couple or a family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens. There was a nice hillside view with horses and chickens at the bottom. Only a few miles away from Harrah's Casino, downtown Cherokee, and the grocery store. Definitely a relaxing vacation spot. The hosts, Andy and Tina, were very friendly and helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a week's visit and had the pleasure of staying at this delightful cottage. The place was immaculate and absolutely adorable. We couldn't have been happier!! The place was so close to everything we wanted to do. Andy was so helpful and nice. Even with the owners so close we never felt like the place wasn't private enough. I can't recommend this quaint cottage enough. We will definitely be returning!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

THIS IS A NICE CABIN AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE. WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY AS NO ONE WAS IN CABIN THAT DAY. OWNERS LIVE DOWN THE MOUNTAIN AND THIS WAS A CONCERN OF MINE, WE DO LIKE OUR PRIVACY AND WE HAD IT. WE SEEN THEM ONLY ONCE AND THIS WAS TO PAY OUR BAL. WE ASK FOR A LARGER CHARCOL GRILL AND IT WAS DELIVERD IN 10 MIN. MY MOTHER IS IN A MOTORIZED WHEEL CHAIR AT ALL TIMES AND THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT FOR HER. WE HAVE TO WATCH HER AT ALL TIMES SO WE HAD PLANNED ON TAKING TURNS IN THE BEDROOM WITH HER BUT THE WAY THE HOUSE IS SET UP WE WERE ABLE TO PUT HER TO BED SIT IN THE HOT TUB WITH WINDOWS UP SEE AND TALK TO HER AT ALL TIMES. THANK YOU THIS HOME WAS PERFECT FOR US AND OUR DOGS.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here this past weekend 3-15-2012 through today 3-18-2012. We arrived late Thursday and after calling the owner he stayed on the phone with us and directed us straight to the cabin. My pets and husband did not go at the last minute, so we were refunded our pet deposit, which was a nice surprise. The cottage is exactly as pictured down to each picture, blanket, etc. The place was extremely clean, there was an enormous supply of towels, and the kitchen has all you would need to cook if you wanted to. The hot tub was ready and was a favorite of mine and my daughter's. The roads are easily naviable and we enjoyed our quiet setting after spending our days in the parks and the casino. Also, the beds were comfortable. If you need pet friendly, two bedrooms, and don't mind a short drive to town, this is a great little place.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend. It was wonderful! The cabin/cottage was so clean both inside and out. The hot tub and bathroom gleamed. We had plans to do quite a bit out and about the area and ended up staying in a lot and just relaxing. We grilled on the back deck, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed the rockers on the screened in front porch. What a great place to relax!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at Ridgeway Cottage last month, and really enjoyed it. It is conveniently located near a lot of attractions, affordable, and the owners are super-friendly and accommodating. When I expressed an interest in renting the place, Andy sent me a link to a lot more photos of the place, which really helped in making our decision. The cottage is clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated - we really felt at home there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an enjoyable, peaceful vacation in the Smoky Mountains.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
