Why the Owner Chose Palazzo Pitti
The apartment is located in the vicinity of Piazza S. Spirito, a square whose name derives from the famous namesake church, which from 1343 names also the neighbourhood. The Basilica was designed by the architect Filippo Brunelleschi, who worked on it from the beginning of the construction in 1433 to his death in 1446. The bell tower, was constructed in 1506 by Baccio d’Agnolo.
