The second you walk into this huge home, you will feel its regal presence. With vaulted ceilings and POOL TABLE in the living room, you will be able to relax. The home has a KING BED in the master bedroom with its own LARGE JACUZZI TUB in the master bathroom. There is a spotless kitchen, overlooking a wonderful eating area and family room. The large family room has a fireplace, BIG SCREEN TV and comfy leather seating that can seat 8. Sliding glass doors open on to the patio where you will find the GAS BARBEQUE. There is a HEATED POOL WITH SPA, for hours of fun in the sun.
The home has a very secluded bedroom with its own bathroom downstairs and 4 more bedrooms with 2 twins each upstairs. The loft is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper and armoire. The house is set up for HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and has a FAX MACHINE. All 6 bedrooms, the family room and the loft have their own cable tv equipped with a VCR/DVD.
We've worked hard to think of everything that any traveler could want, from fine furnishings to alarm clocks, phones, cable tv in every bedroom and hair dryers. Our goal with every home is to make it a place that you will want to come back to again and again.

We absolutely loved your rental rental property. We would love to rent from you again in the future. We had also rented another house in Las Vegas. Your house was MUCH nicer than the other house that we rented. The other house was much larger, but the amenities were either broken or inoperable. It was very upsetting to have traveled thousands of miles and not be able to enjoy the rental property as we had hoped to. I am so happy that your property was very nice and as you advertised. It was a sincere pleasure to work with you.

We stayed at this home in February 2011 for a girl's weekend, and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, the backyard was peaceful, and it worked so well having all the bathrooms and bedrooms with all the twin beds. We all came together from various states, so it was great to be able to spend time together in the house and the backyard. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The house was easy to get to from the airport and It was an easy drive to the Strip. Thanks for a great time!

We came here on a girls weekend with about 14 girls and we had an amazing time! The pictures do this property justice, as everything you see when you walk into the house is just as great. The only difference is that the backyard didnt have grass, it had a rock garden. The property itself is in a quiet neighborhood that looked pretty safe, and there was ample street parking. Everything you might need is in the house already, we had dishwear, ironing board, iron, cable, TVs in EVERY room (with cable), a running dishwasher, etc. The jacuzzi was a lifesaver! we loved being able to heat it up from the warmth of the house, and then being able to walk outside and soak in it as soon as it was heated. The price was less than half of what you would pay if you were directly on the strip, and although it was a couple miles off the strip, the amenities and luxury this house provided was worth it. The fridge is huge, the pool table and stereo were perfect for our group, and the large dining table sat us all so we could all be together at one time. Thanks so much for your hospitality and being so timely on your responses to our emails, Steve was more than friendly and professional. :) We will be back for sure!
