  We rented this condo last year for a girls vacation and had such a wonderful time so we decided to rent it again this year. The condo is so beautiful & clean has everything you need and the location doesn't get any better. This year there were fireworks right in front of our balcony, it was like we had a private show. When we parked our car we don't have to use it again. Everything is so accessable. The owners are great to work with. If you want a nice stress free vacation with a ton of stuff to do this is the place for you.

  We just returned from our week at this condo! It was amazing. A great condo, very comfortable and couldn't ask for a better location. Fireworks were amazing right in front of our balcony! All the beach toys you could want in the locker and the pool is great! Will definitely come back!

  excellent location if you can handle the noise. walking distance to so much - boardwalk, rides, restaurants, etc. great peple watching during day and at night calming down about 11pm. light shows and fireworks from the balcony are very cool. early morning noises are a nuisance though - 6am cleaning and delivery crews every morning.

  My family had a lovely time while staying at this unit this summer. The condo is beautifully decorated and is very welcoming. The location is perfect. Great ocean front view. Close to rides for the grand-kids, on the boardwalk, close to lots of restaurants, covered parking-great view of the inlet! I would recommend this property to friends and family. We hope to go back next year!

• Wonderful Unit!

  We (3 couples) were looking for a place to spend the holiday weekend and found this unit with excellent reviews and elected to stay here; we were able to slide the 2 twins together in the room with that bed option to allow for each couple to have a private room, bathroom, and shared bed. The unit was beautiful, clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the view out to the ocean. The best part is that it was close to everything!

  This place rocks! Surround sound is wired in every room! It's hooked up with appliances. Granite counter tops. It made me want to come home and do construction! We loved not having to drive to the boardwalk, because we were right there on it! That is entertainment in itself! Beautiful master suite. The brothers that own this condo and GREAT to work with! They even caught that I accidently over paid! Would stay again!!

  The ladies in my family have rented this condo 2 years in a row. The location is perfect. It is clean and well kept. You can't beat the view. 7 of us sleep, sit and play games comfortably. Great place!!

  The unit is exactly as pictured. My husband and I used the unit as a weekend getaway from the kids. The unit was immaculate and well cared for. Renting the unit was a breeze, the owners were very accommodating and answered all our questions. I can't wait to return, maybe we'll even bring the kids with us since the unit is so spacious and there's enough places for everyone to relax without being on top of each other!! This is the biggest unit I have ever been in in over 7 years of renting in OC.

  Just back from this great condo! Our family enjoyed it very much and could not ask for more. Thanks for the use of all the beach and pool goodies, nice touch. Perfect location easy to get to anything and great for people watching from the balcony. Lots of great restaurants nearby Piseano's Pizza, Hooper's across the bridge, Ember's Buffett, Bahama Mama's dockside and Castaway's up town a bit and the Atlantic Stand for a quick bite and Thrasher's fries. We did have a little excitement our second morning the building had to be evacuated due to a faulty alarm activated by someone using the sauna in the weight room. It was great fun and also enjoyed watching the professional beach volleyball tournament from the balcony. Will definitely come back soon.
