Bring your family for a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beach home located in the popular Mustang Royale Subdivision in the town of Port Aransas. Just steps from the neighborhood pool and pool house and a short walk to a boardwalk to the beach, the house is close to shopping, restaurants, fishing and other amenities.
Water views: Its covered decks offer ocean, bay, and lagoon views.
The first floor has a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bath, and private entrance. It has access to the rest of the house, but can be closed off for privacy. A mudroom and laundry facility are also located on this floor.
The main floor features an open floor plan with a vaulted living room ceiling, dining, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms (1 with a queen size bed and 1 with 4 bunk beds), a full bath, and front and back decks.
The third floor has a large master suite with a queen-size bed, a large walk-through closet, walk-in shower, study/ computer room with a daybed, and private balcony.
There is an outside shower. A patio with charcoal BBQ pit.
If you’re into swimming, walking or jogging on the beach, snorkeling, fishing, socializing or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets, this is a perfect place to vacation.
