Labor Day weekend – 2008
What a wonderful weekend! We took our time riding to Frisco, great breakfast at Betterhorn. The Friday farmer’s Market in Dillon was great. We stocked up on so many beautiful veggies we barely needed to go the store!

Why the Owner Chose Marina Place
I have been vacationing in Dillon for 20 years after my daughter moved there, later my son moved there so I have a great time with them and their families particularly my grandson born in 2009. I love skiing and biking with my family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to take an early morning bike ride around Lake Dillon and have a snack at the Tiki Hut on summer afternoons. I enjoy shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables at the Farmer's Market during the summer months and I like sipping on a wind in front of the fireplace on Winter evenings.

Teaching and editing a newsletter for part-time faculty is what I do most of the time. Whenever I can, I like to ski, bike, sail, and jog. My sports are so much more fun in Summit County than in DC where I live. I love my condo in this mountain paradise where I can soak in the the gorgeous scenery and mountain air.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - right on the bike path and within walking distance of the Dillon amphitheatre, the park, the marina and the weekly farmer's market. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There is even a gas grill on the deck. The two indoor hot tubs were steps away which was perfect for relaxing after our bike rides. Don't miss breakfast on the patio at the Arapahoe Cafe, the Tiki Bar , and the Saturday concerts at the amphitheatre. We had a great time and can't wait to return!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed 5 weeks in this delightful condo and thoroughly enjoyed every day. The decor is very attractive and the view from the living room and master br is very good. Had breakfast on the deck almost every morning except when it was just too cool. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the condiments that any one could need. Also the condo is convenient to everything in Dillon and within easy wallking distance. We enjoyed our visit in July and one week in August so much that we have rented the condo for 2 months in 2010. Highly recommend the condo to anyone that would like to visit CO.

We celebrated my wife's 60th at your fantastic condo. The pictures don't do it justice. The unit was wonderful and the location couldn't have been better. We had a great time and were able to relax at the same time...priceless. We're looking forward to visiting again.
