  We loved this beach abode! Beautifully appointed, well stocked, so comfortable. The beach access is right at the end of the street, an easy walk, but you can’t quite hear the surf. Beach is best in Texas by far – clear green water and clean, white sand. This house is also within walking distance of several restaurants, beachwear, and ice cream shop. It’s a quiet street even though it’s within walking distance of most everything you might need. One of our best-ever beach trips! I only wish we’d been able to stay longer. The appliances are all in good working condition and the A/C cools quietly and very well. Beds are super-comfortable. Many extra touches – it’s beautifully decorated; high ceilings, crown molding, high quality furnishing. The photos give an accurate view. There are plenty of towels, soap, kitchen & bathroom essentials, trash bags, shampoo & conditioner. Curling irons, hair dryers, laundry soap, clothes iron. Beach bikes, swim noodles, etc. The deadbolt access is a push button coded lock which means there’s no worry about losing your key in the sand. The pool & hot tub are beautiful, clean & surrounded with great tropical landscaping. The colored lights in pool and hot tub are festive, as is the waterfall at the end of the pool. This is no lap pool! ...but it’s fine for cooling off after a salty & sandy day at the beach. For an extra charge you can have beach chairs and umbrellas set up and waiting for you at the beach. The porch off the living / dining room is shady and breezy for much of the day – a pleasant place to read or dine. Be aware: There is little privacy from next door property on west side(another beach rental with a pool). If your pool hours and habits are compatible with your neighbors, it’s ok. However, if you are an early-to-bed type sleeping in Villa Jasmine’s master bedroom, bring a portable white sound generator to avoid having your neighbor’s pool noise keep you awake. The porch off the master has full sun pretty much all day. It provides some nice shade for the pool area, below it, in the middle of the day, but your use of that porch will be limited to an early morning coffee or after-sunset drink. Owners Jan and Scott are great to work with. Their hope of making this a home-away-from-home has been fully realized! Thank you!

  Good Evening, I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank You for allowing us to use your house! It's a lovely, very relaxing and wonderful place. We didn't want to come back but unfortunately we had too! We would defenitely love to go back. Our time there really gave us the opportunity to spend quality time together with our sons! The memories will live with us forever. Again, Thank you!!

  Acabamos de regresar de South Padre y quedamos facinados con la casa y la playa. La casa esta en muy buenas condiciones. Proveen sabanas, toallas, papel toalla, papel higienico, shampoo, condicionador, etc como un hotel y todo de primera calidad. Las camas estan en muy buenas condiciones. Todo esta muy limpio y arreglado con mucho gusto. La piscina es divina, tienen sillas, juguetes para ninos, tablas de flotar, sillas de extension y bbq. Tambien tienen las biscicletas como dice en el site. Usamos el wagon para llevar paraguas, sillas y los petates a la playa y todo esto esta en la casa para su uso. Nada mas tienes que llegar con tu familia. La duena nos trato super bien cuando hicimos la reservacion y felicito a los senores que mantienen esta propiedad porque esta en magnifico estado, tanto dentro de la casa como afuera. La recomandamos 100% para sus proxima vacaciones en South Padre Island.

Rental Agreement Vacation Villas of South Padre Island DBA EZbookvacationhomes.com This agreement may be canceled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term. Upon such thirty (30) day notification, renters will forfeit either the down payment, or 25% of the rental fee total, whichever is the lesser, The forfeited amount may be used for a future booking within a six month period from the date of cancellation. When this agreement is canceled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. We offer CSA Travel Insurance on our website for our guest, as protection option. All cleaning fees and taxes shall be refunded should any reservation be canceled. Reservations are transferable to other parties or exchangeable based on alternate date availability within a six (6) month period of this reservation. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for weather-related cancellations. We recommend that you choose a to purchase travel insurance. Rental amounts are payable to Vacation Villas, by personal check, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or money order, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. The remaining balance is due and payable on or before thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the rental term. If the remaining balance is not received on or before thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the rental term, the rental reservation shall be canceled and all rental fees paid shall be forfeited. The pool cleaning goes on and off by a timer as well as the associated hot tub functional hours. The pool includes a water jet system and hot tub – temperature is preset by the caretaker/agent for the season. Life jackets are recommended for all guests who cannot swim well. Guest with medical condition should not use the hot tub as instructed by their doctor. You may use the rental premises only as a single family residence and may not permit the rental premises to be used to conduct offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity, any activity that is against public regulations or against the rules of any public authority. The maximum number of persons (including children) allowed to occupy the rental premises is ten (10). Additional occupants will require additional rental of $50.00 per night per person. Guest parking at residence is limited to 4 vehicles. Please contact owners at least one day prior to your arrival at the rental premises to insure that procedures are understood for entry to the unit. The owners and caretaker/agents are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the rental premises. You hereby indemnify and hold owners, their agents and assigns, including the rental premises, free and harmless from any liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including you, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the premises or from the act or omission of any person or persons, including you, in or about the premises with or without your express or implied consent. Renters and their guests are fully responsible for conduct and activities occurring on the premise during the stated Rental Term. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental premises; you can be removed from the rental premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time. This Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00 Damages due to neglect or misuse or damages that exceed $3000.000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00.
