Treat yourself to luxury in our beautiful 8th floor residence in one of Myrtle Beach's premier resorts completed in 2008.
The Horizon is an upscale property with four levels of covered parking, security, 24/7 lobby, elevators, climate controlled corridors, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as an indoor kiddie pool, lazy river, exercise room all make this the place to spend a few nights or a few weeks. It's also a great place to snowbird during the winter.
We are located at the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach on Ocean Blvd at 77th Ave North. This is a quiet and tranquil location about four miles from the busy downtown section of Myrtle Beach. Our location is a mix of residential properties set among ancient oak trees and a few other condominium buildings. An excellent location if you enjoy early morning walks on the ocean or strolling down the sidewalk thru the residential areas. We are centrally located for all the great shopping, dining and attractions. If you are a golfer, WaterWay Hills, Arcadian Shores, Myrtle Wood and Pine Lakes are all within ten minutes.
Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, ceramic tile and carpet, wall mount flat panel TV's, surround sound system in living room, jetted tub in the bathroom, free wireless internet and etc..
Numeric key pad on the entry door eliminates registering/checking in allowing you to go directly to your 'home at the beach'. All of our guests love this feature!
This is one of only a few of the one bedroom units at The Horizon with windows in the bedroom and dining room along with only one of a few that overlook the outdoor lounge area providing an open feeling along with abundant natural lighting.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances let you choose whether to eat in or go out.
There is also a washer/dryer 'in the unit' for your use. Everything you need is awaiting except food. Numerous restaurants as well as groceries are within a 2-3 minute drive.
Did we mention that the view from the balcony of this 8th floor (plus 4 parking levels) unit is awesome.

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for the last 30 plus years. We had been renting condos and were not always pleased with their condition or furnishings so in 2005 we made our first condo purchase. In 2008 we moved to the 'just completed' Horizon. While we spend considerable time at Myrtle we also offer our well maintained and nicely appointed condo to guests. We take pride in providing a very luxurious condo at a fair rate. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!
Why the Owner Chose Horizon at 77th
We chose this particular building because of it's very desirable location at Myrtle Beach, upscale building, luxurious units with lots of added features plus all the amenities are here. It is ocean view, less than a two minute walk to the beach (with no cross streets) and close to numerous restaurants with easy access to any part of the Grand Strand.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We feel secure at The Horizon due to the location, 24/7 lobby, on-site security, fire alarms and sprinkler system in all the units. We also enjoy the on site parking decks, roof top recreation area, enclosed corridors, etc.... The Horizon is a fabulous building.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for five nights at the end of August and we loved every minute of it! The unit is very clean and well maintained, it contains all the comforts of home! This unit also has a very nice balcony with a wonderful ocean view. The complex is right on the ocean and withing walking distance to many stores and resturants. We spent most of our time on the beach - it was really nice to have an umbrella and chairs reserved for us each day. The complex also has a couple pools and a lazy river we we used and enjoyed as well. Our hosts were very gracious and easy to work with. We couldn't have had a better experience and hope to stay in this unit again soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I stayed a week at this condo and it is exactly as described, everything you need is there, all you have to bring is yourselves and food/drinks. It is in a great location, away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown, but within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. There was a problem with the pool and hot tub while we were there so the water in the hotel had to be shut off and the pool drained, so that was a bit of a bummer, but there are plenty of other things to do, so it wasn't that big of a deal. The bed is big and comfy, and the water pressure is good, those are 2 very important things! Its definitely a small condo, not a whole lot of spare room, but just enough room for 2 to be comfortable.
Owner response:Thank you for your very nice review and thanks for staying with us. This 612 square ft plus large balcony one bedroom condo is a value added 'home away from home'. Private bedroom with separate kitchen and dining areas along with the living room provides for a charming unit unlike the 'straight thru' units of other buildings. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows for comfortable sleeping for up to four people and this unit is very popular for couples or young families. Sorry about the pool but The Horizon is pro maintenance and although there are rare glitches, every effort is made to have all amenities ready for our guests.

This condo is absolutely perfect! It was great for me and my husband and has become our favorite after 20 plus years of travel. LOVE the black-out drapes in the bedroom! And the umbrella & beach chairs are a wonderful addition. The location is great and is close to everything. Although the pictures on here are very nice it really does not display how beautiful it really is. Every time we visit Myrtle we will stay here without a doubt. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your lovely condo during our mini-vacation.

The condo was beautiful. Very well maintained and in a beautiful building with all the amneties. Okey was a pleasure to communicate with. We were so pleased with the lawn chairs and umbrella that was provided for us at the beach. So much great local entertainment. We look forward to having another holiday at this condo.

My wife and I stayed at the Harvey's Condo from April 21st - May 1st, 2011 and we loved everything about it. The Condo is very clean and very well maintained. It is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, Restaurants and Food Market. We golfed every day and it was awesome returning to the Condo and relaxing on the balcony with a view of the Ocean. The Hot Tub, Pool, and Lazy River were very relaxing as well. The Harvey's were awesome to deal with. I emailed Okey many times asking questions about the area, shopping, restaurants, golf, etc, and he answered all my questions in detail. Okey also called us after we arrived at the Condo to see if everything was ok. That was very thoughtful. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach but we plan to visit again in the near future. We will most definitely plan to stay at the Harvey's Condo. Thanks Okey and Pat.

We rented this 1 bedroom condo the week of 9/26-10/2 and found it to be perfect for our needs. We are familiar with Myrtle Beach having vacationed here several years with our children. Now that it is just my husband and I, we prefer quieter surroundings and an adult atmosphere which is what we found at this property. It will definitely be recommended to our friends that also vacation in Myrtle Beach.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for just over 2 weeks and were very comfortable there. It was very clean with up-scale furnishings. The building is centrally located near the beach and just minutes away from major restaurants and shopping. The golf in Myrle Beach is second to none and this condo is centrally located around them all. The landlords are great. Very accomodating, easy to reach and quick to respond when needed. A pleasure to deal with. Will stay there again for sure.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a week in July. It was one of the best vacation decisions we ever made. The condo is clean, well furnished and maintained.
