- The total square footage of this house is 1,500, plus a 400 square foot deck. This house is super private, is surrounded by jungle on three sides, and the trees in front of and beside the house are part of a monkey trail, so you will see both Titi and Cappuchin Monkeys. This house is located on the main commercial strip on Manuel Antonio, but 100 meters off the main road so there is no noise from the street. There is a public bus stop which takes you to the beaches of Manuel Antonio or Quepos 100 meters from the house. The house is extremely private and located in an abundance of nature. Routinely seen here are Titi and Capuchin Monkeys, iguanas, tons of different birds, butterflies, etc. . .
