Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach
We bought this house because of its closeness to the beach and open views. Pismo Beach is a quiet and safe community and we enjoy many of the natural wonders in the area. Pismo Beach is the longest continuous beach in CA and it still allows dogs on a leash.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love to go fishing, whale watching, and hiking. We love building sandcastles with our grandchildren, and boogie boarding in the surf. Golfing is nearby. The estuary affords us birdwatching. We enjoy bird watching pelicans, several types of ducks, swallows returning, and the sound of surf and seagulls. In the winter season we enjoy the warm weather, and practically having the beach to ourselves. In the "off season" the atmosphere returns to the quaint village, a snow-bird's paradise.
