The Beach Villa offers luxury accommodation and facilities in a secure garden beach side community.
Our Villa is located in a gated development between the coastal villages of Rincon and Aguada. Both are filled with traditions and cultural events which make them fun all the year round.
In particular Rincon is famous amongst the surfing community and is a center of attraction for deep sea fishing, diving and snorkeling as well as sailing trips. A host of beach side restaurants and bars can be found. Rincon is also known as "The town with the most beautiful sunsets".
The Punta del Mar development is an "oasis" of tranquility with tasteful private villas scattered in gardens where various ecological sanctuaries are preserved with reforesting of the area with tropical fruit trees and vegetation endemic to the area.

The extensive list of features will make our guests feel at home. From large screen plasma TVs and surround sound, a luxurious roof terrace to exquisite European furnishings throughout. The fully appointed gourmet kitchen will facilitate unforgettable in house dinning to be enjoyed "al fresco" or in the formal eight seating dining zone.
Each of the three spacious double bedrooms have ducted air conditioning, ample closet space, private balconies and black-out drapes,
The master king-sized bedroom has an "en suite" bathroom, walk in closet and a state of the art entertainment system with a 47 inch plasma, cable TV, DVD player and multi-channel sound system. This oasis within an oasis has views of the gardens, the sea and the distant town of Aguadilla across the bay.
The second queen-sized bedroom also has a 47 inch plasma and surround sound music system and DVD player. This luminous room has views to both the hills and the sea. An adjacent bathroom is shared with the third bedroom.
The third queen-sized bedroom has vaulted 20 feet ceilings with garden and hillside views.
The third level has an enclosed lounge and media room leading onto the large furnished roof terrace. From this level you can enjoy cable TV or DVD's or spend timing in the sun with views to the sea and countryside. At night just relax and watch the stars.
We offer the following amenities to our facilities: cable TV, WiFi Internet access, beach chairs, communal swimming and Jacuzzi, tennis (small fee), private communal beach just a pleasant few moments walk.
