Beautifully decorated and fully equipped condominium with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, complete kitchen with granite, dinning room, spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the ocean.
The master bedroom has a bathroom, a king size bed and a beautiful wall to wall ocean view. The second bedroom has a complete bathroom, a king size bed and a wonderful ocean view through its balcony. There are also two guest tastefully decorated bedrooms, with full bathrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two bunk beds.
The terrace has a spectacular view with a large table for 8 persons, where you can have dinner during the sunsets, a hammock and lounge chairs to rest during your pleasure days. The Flamingos Beach & Golf Resort has two pools, two 8 persons hot tubs, two party/bbq huts for your enjoyment serving food and beverages, tennis courts, mini golf, fitness center and a small soccer field.
The beach is truly beautiful, wide clean and private with a slight slope to the water. There are outdoor showers, palapas and lounge chairs in the beach. A short walk up the beach, you can rent horses, kayaks, jet skis, catamarans, sail boats, windsurfs and even go for a para sailing adventure.
If golfing is your passion, you have several golf courses minutes away.
Shopping is conveniently located at nearby Paradise Village Plaza. Here you can find a full shopping center, restaurants , deli, ice cream and coffee shops.
Bucerias, a small town is heading North just a five minute drive, where you will find casual dinning, small artisan shops and local art and crafts.
With Puerto Vallarta less than 20 minutes drive away, you will have many elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores and boutiques to suit the most sophisticated tastes.

From the pictures the unit looks amazing! BUT be warned, it is not what it appears to be. The bathrooms are full of mold and mildew, the kitchen is not it seems in the picture! It smells in all the rooms, the showers have no pressure, the water is not hot in the showers! We arrived at 3am and the first impressions were saddness and anger. We saw bugs (cockroaches and others) everywhere (in the bathrooms, in the dishwasher, in the bedrooms). The furniture and appliances are old! Not a modern and new as it appears in the listing. The kitchen and all cupboards look like they were picked up at a salvage yard!!!! We arrived very late at night, the children and we were very tired and have not yet seen the outside to see how "beautiful this owner claims it to be" We have had very good experiences with owners and property in the past. This is extremely disappointing! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Owner response:Surprised with this posted review. After more than 30 rentals in the past four years, this is the first time someone complains about the Condo. We will like to answer this review honestly and with veracity. About the pictures, we can confirm they are exactly as the property is. No tricks or editing were done. The furniture and aplliances are in good shape to attend more than 10 persons, and are the same our family uses when we visit the Condo. The cleaning department informed us, that the property was presented exactly as in other occasions, but the guest complained several days during his stay. About the bugs, we will keep applying chemicals every 60 days in order to avoid any posible problem. When the guest ended his stay, he left the air conditioning on, with all the windows open, and the Condo and furniture dirty and made a mess. Finally, we honestly suggest never deal with or rent your property to this person.
