For couples seeking a new Maui experience, or, perhaps, their first Maui experience, I have just been completely repainted, refurbished, and re-decorated, with a nip and a tuck here and there. I offer a real cozy nook sporting a real Murphy bed! Wow! The paint should be dry. Just look at me - then try me!!
Centrally located on the leeward side of Haleakala you’ll be close to places of real excitement and real beauty . . . and I don’t cost a lot! The Pacific Ocean and The Whale Education Center are directly across the street from my front door. Had enough of the beach, to the north and to the south, or the up-country? Come and take that deep plunge into my super cool pool and my hot Jacuzzi.
I have a private lanai that won’t quit! At night, stars abound! I’m on the FIRST FLOOR so you don’t have to wait for that darn elevator. OH, did I say I was on the quiet side of the complex; NO street noise here! This is a quiet, cozy nook! Graet for reading a book.

MY TERMS:
1. Deposit of $200 US Dollars required to secure reservation and
must be received within 7 days of requerst to avoide automatic
cancellation.
2. Balance due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
3. I have a four (4) night minimum.
MY CANCELLATION POLICY:
for a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation is raequired 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all refunds forfeited. If unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. |
