For couples seeking a new Maui experience, or, perhaps, their first Maui experience, I have just been completely repainted, refurbished, and re-decorated, with a nip and a tuck here and there. I offer a real cozy nook sporting a real Murphy bed! Wow! The paint should be dry. Just look at me - then try me out!!
Oh, did I mention that I'm on the quiet side of the complex? No road rage noise here!! Just a grand view of the tennis court and the beautiful vegetation. Walk across the street to imbibe the sunset!
Centrally located on the leeward side of Haleakala you’ll be close to places of real excitement and real beauty . . . and I don’t cost a lot! The Pacific Ocean and The Whale Education Center are directly across the street from my front door. Had enough of the beach, to the north and to the south, or the up-country? Come and take that deep plunge into my super, cool pool and my hot Jacuzzi.
I have a private lanai that just won’t quit! At night, stars abound! I’m on the FIRST FLOOR so you don’t have to wait for that darn elevator. OH, did I say I was on the quiet side of the complex; NO street noise here! This is a quiet, cozy nook! Great for reading a book!!
My kitchen is as complete as it can be. You see, I’m occupied part of the year by my owner and entertainment just abounds. So be sure to check my calendar!! Merely click on the calendar icon, below, and you can see when I’m available. Why don't you come and see me sometime!?!
Ya say you wanna stay for several days? Bread and wine with a 14 day or more stay. Ladies - how about some home-made really lathering soap!?! It's yours to take when you leave.

MY TERMS:
1. Minimum Deposit of $200 US Dollars required to secure reservation and
must be received within 7 days of request to avoid automatic
cancellation.
2. Balance due no less than 30 days PRIOR to arrival.
3. I do have a SEVEN (7)night minimum.
MY CANCELLATION POLICY:
for a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, full deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all refunds forfeited. If unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Bay Surf
At that time these condos were very inexpensive, compared to even now, and very affordable - close to many attractions of the Island! I struck up a friendship with many full-time residents and neighboring communities. It's a GREAT change of pace and I can do a lot of things. And it's just across the street from the Pacific Ocean and the Humpback Whales.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Close to almost everything on the Island !!! The bus stops right in front of our complex. All kinds of classes and things of culture to study and become involved with. Great pool and Jacuzzi and outdoor fire Bar-B-Que area with tables and chairs. Friendly people!
Great ancient Hawaiian fishing pond. Fairly shallow water depth. Great for swimming or snorkeling.
Very economical studio condo units for rental by owners. Just across the street from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Education (Whales) Center. Centrally located with public bus service.

I live on the island in this unit for about the first five (5) months of the year. I love coming here - it certainly is a different pace and has more opportunities the does than the mainland. I've tried to make this a happy, quiet and decorative unit for your enjoyment. My children are involved with the production or short subject documentaries and have been nominated for several awards.

Received from guest: Unit #138: "In closing, I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had when staying at the Kihei Bay Surf. It was a wonderful stay for us, and the only bad thing was that we had to leave when we did. We hope to return in the future, but stay for longer. Hopefully in just a couple of more years, we'll be in a position to come down and stay for 4 or 6 week periods. We would LOVE to be able to return to this unit or one similar to it. We cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had. And we loved being there in October. This will likely be the time period we will choose for future trips."

We enjoyed our stay in unit 138 very, very much. We found it to be very comfortable, very clean, and extremely well equipped in the kitchen. We also really appreciated all the supplies for the beach - the towels, the beach mats, and the coolers and ice packs. Even things like having lots of hangers in the closet. There wasn't a thing that I could think of that wasn't already supplied
