  Our family of four drove down from Minnesota for spring break and spent seven delightful days at Cheryl’s house. It was easy to manage the reservation prior to the vacation, and Cheryl was very accessible while we were there. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our son is autistic so the private pool with the fence was fantastic. We spent a few days playing at the house, swimming in the pool, riding the bikes in the garage, walking to a nearby park to play catch and swing, and watching DVDs from her extensive library. We also drove to an outlet mall (30 minutes away), to a few beaches (an hour away), and to watch manatees (just a few minutes away). A Publix and Winn-Dixie were only minutes away, as were several restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, Pizza Hut, Panera, Dairy Queen, and more. We liked it so much that we have already reserved two weeks for next year!

  This is a great rental home and the whole experience from initial inquiry to end of rental was perfect! We rented for 11 days over Christmas and New Years for our daughter and family to visit from Illinois. We were impressed when we walked in and found the home was not only well furnished and clean but also very nicely decorated and equipped. We've rented vacation houses several times and they're often a little "sterile". Not this one, it felt like a home, and there were many little unexpected things, for example; two bicycles available to ride. Winter renters will appreciate that the pool is solar heated. The water temp stayed around 72. Highly recommended!

  we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this home. the pool was fantastic, the location was perfect for us, and there was nothing at all we wanted or needed that this house didn't have!

  We just returned from our 9 day stay. This house was very clean and comfortable. It had many things we needed already provided. The pool was fabulous and our 2 boys LOVED it. Cheryl was very accomodating and I contacted her several times with questions - she always provided a quick and satisfying answer. We did several things in the area, and while we had to drive 30 min. on more than one day, we found this house to be central to many of the things we were interested in. There is a grocery store, Walgreens, and several other stores about 3 min. up the road.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My family and I enjoyed staying in this house for about 2 weeks and we had a great time. The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable. A good spot to stay in the Tampa Area. I definitely recommend it for families with kids. Shops are nearby, the neighborhood is quiet and inviting. Thanks again Cheryl! We couldn't think of anything better.

  We were pretty tired from a two day car trip with our two dogs, but found the property was even better than described - everything you could possibly need was readily available! This home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well cared for by its owner. There was an instruction booklet pertaining to all appliances, etc., so no concerns on how to use something. A big plus is the doggie dooley in the backyard to dispose of you dog's daily duty. We've rented several VRBO homes in Florida, and this was the best ever. We were visiting our son, his wife and our 4 grandchildren (who were thrilled with the lighing on the fence around the pool). They were there every day with us, used the pool, and we all ate together every night. They didn't stay overnight because they live nearby, but there was more than enough matching dinnerware, glasses, utincils, etc. for all 8 of us. Thank you Cheryl ... you are the perfect host!

  Perfect spot for military family passing through for a couple weeks. We stayed here in August 2010. Place was spotless. Easy access to Tampa; 75 minutes to Orlando. Good space for small family (not a lot of room for family bigger than 5.) Quiet neighborhood, close to freeway. Pool area really fun, especially for little kids. Property owner is awesome and always ready to help. House is well maintained and easy. Smooth rental transaction. Couldn't have been a better experience! Thanks! I also love VRBO!

  We were in Florida for the Winter National race at East Bay Raceway and this was the perfect rental. Close enough to all attractions and far enough away from the Tampa traffic. Cheryl,Sherry and Jim are the great hosts and the rental is very nice. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Will definately be staying there again.

  Cheryl, Thanks so much for letting us stay at your home. Everything was perfect. The home is well kept, you have thought of everything anyone could ever want to use in the kitchen! We will come back, it worked out so well for us with our two Giant Schnauzers. We went for walks every day and I was able to do grooming in the garage, since I was showing a dog at the Brooksville dog show. Since we use to live in the area we were familiar and went to several of our favorite local restaurants and our favorite, close by for sunset on the water at Bahia Beach. Again, thanks so mch for making our time there enjoyable for us and our dogs!

  Just as sweet as my home. All necessary things supplied and even things beyond your expectation (office supplies that you need on Christmas day when all the store are closed, but you find it in the house. What a life saver!). The owner is very nice and thoughtful. Definite recommend for families.
