Great place to come and relax to enjoy the pool. Home is very tastefully furnished. Has all the modern amenities you would expect along with a great pool area with plenty of sunbathing space, or if you like shade a covered patio area with an overhead fan to keep you cool.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other 2 rooms have 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds and share a large bathroom with bathtub. The great room area opens up to the pool. Kitchen has all utensils and gadgets you should need...plus a lot more. Washer and Dryer located in the garage.
Hardwood floors in all rooms except for the bathrooms, so for anyone with allergies this may be the place. Also, a reminder that this is a non-smoking vacation home.
Screened front entry and with the large screen enclosure over the pool, a great cross breeze comes through the house.
Adventure: Busch Gardens and Adventure Island located nearby in Tampa - Just 20 minutes away!
Fun: Orlando and all the theme parks are just an hours drive and you get to come back to the slow pace of Riverview to enjoy your private pool after a day of Disney!
Golf: Fantastic golf course located about 3 miles away which is open to the public.
Beach: Fort De Soto Park - Is located just under an hour away -- a very short drive for the America's Top Beach. I purchased this home in 2002. I relocated with work and decided to rent the home as a vacation rental, after enjoying many vacations in private homes myself. Currently I live about 3 miles from the home and am a Florida Licensed Realtor.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The benefit of enjoying a holiday with your own pool is a great way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The privacy fence and not having to worry about my dog escaping and getting lost, is something I love most about this vacation home. Having my morning coffee while the palm tree fronds are swaying above me is a great escape.

We were pretty tired from a two day car trip with our two dogs, but found the property was even better than described - everything you could possibly need was readily available! This home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well cared for by its owner. There was an instruction booklet pertaining to all appliances, etc., so no concerns on how to use something. A big plus is the doggie dooley in the backyard to dispose of you dog's daily duty. We've rented several VRBO homes in Florida, and this was the best ever. We were visiting our son, his wife and our 4 grandchildren (who were thrilled with the lighing on the fence around the pool). They were there every day with us, used the pool, and we all ate together every night. They didn't stay overnight because they live nearby, but there was more than enough matching dinnerware, glasses, utincils, etc. for all 8 of us. Thank you Cheryl ... you are the perfect host!

Perfect spot for military family passing through for a couple weeks. We stayed here in August 2010. Place was spotless. Easy access to Tampa; 75 minutes to Orlando. Good space for small family (not a lot of room for family bigger than 5.) Quiet neighborhood, close to freeway. Pool area really fun, especially for little kids. Property owner is awesome and always ready to help. House is well maintained and easy. Smooth rental transaction. Couldn't have been a better experience! Thanks! I also love VRBO!

We were in Florida for the Winter National race at East Bay Raceway and this was the perfect rental. Close enough to all attractions and far enough away from the Tampa traffic. Cheryl,Sherry and Jim are the great hosts and the rental is very nice. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Will definately be staying there again.

Cheryl, Thanks so much for letting us stay at your home. Everything was perfect. The home is well kept, you have thought of everything anyone could ever want to use in the kitchen! We will come back, it worked out so well for us with our two Giant Schnauzers. We went for walks every day and I was able to do grooming in the garage, since I was showing a dog at the Brooksville dog show. Since we use to live in the area we were familiar and went to several of our favorite local restaurants and our favorite, close by for sunset on the water at Bahia Beach. Again, thanks so mch for making our time there enjoyable for us and our dogs!

Just as sweet as my home. All necessary things supplied and even things beyond your expectation (office supplies that you need on Christmas day when all the store are closed, but you find it in the house. What a life saver!). The owner is very nice and thoughtful. Definite recommend for families.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our home away from home! The house and neighborhood were both very inviting and convenient to stores, restaurants, and the highway. The house was very organized and comfortable and the pool/patio area was a great spot to relax in the evenings. We had a wonderful time and hope that others will get the opportunity to enjoy it too!

I Stayed at this house in march of 2008. Awsome community and exellent shape. The house is in tip top shape and very well keep. It litteraly takes 2 minutes to get shopping. Oh and the landlord cheryl is easygoing and very reasonable. And the pool is one of the best household pools ive ever seen. It has a different shape and a light that changes colors in it(i was amased). I think this is a pretty good deal for this house.
