TARPON TALES was custom built in 2009 for multi-family beach vacations with huge gathering areas and secluded decks to commune with family and friends.
The pool level includes the pool, hot tub, pool bar, large grass yard, bocce court, and covered parking.
The bedroom level includes bedrooms #1 - #4, laundry, and foyer. Bedroom #1 - king bed, flat screen TV, large private bath with dual vanities and make-up desk, enclosed commode, and Grecian shower with dual shower heads, bench and stone floor. Bedroom #2 - king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom #3 - twin beds (2), with a private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom #4 - twin beds (2) private bath with tub/shower.
The main level includes the living room ,which is surrounded by 4 triple-pocket doors providing 270 degrees of breathtaking Gulf views and soothing breezes, ceiling fans, 52' flat screen TV, DVD player, and component stereo. The lanai includes even more Gulf views and breezes, ceiling fans, dining table and lounges. The dining room and kitchen offer Gulf views. The kitchen includes 2 seating bars, 2 full-size ovens, stove, 2 full-size dishwashers, microwave, 26 cubic foot refrigerator, a separate wine refrigerator, and almost every kind of pot, pan, dish, glass and small appliance ever made. Rounding out the Main level is bedroom #5 with bunk beds (sleeping 6 guests) and bathroom #5 with stand-up tile enclosed shower.
The sundeck level is one of the highest points on Boca Grande providing beautiful sunrises over the island and Gasparilla Sound and world class Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

This home has it all: Beautiful gulf view with terrific sunsets, easy and quick access to secluded beach, inviting pool and hot tub, walking distance to shops, restaurants, marinas, entertainment for kids and adults, privacy and total comfort! The owners have not forgotten anything. Once you arrive, you will never want to leave. I highly recommend Tarpon Tales. You can't go wrong!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We rented this house with 3 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids and it was great for everyone. The house is nice, new, and clean. The upstairs level is an open plan laid out with a kitchen, dining room, and living room that provided plenty of space for all of us to be together and not on top of each other. The house is well equipped for large parties with two dishwashers, two sets of washers and dryers, lots of beach towels, beach toys, bikes, pool, grill, and more. All the rooms have their own private baths so everyone has their own private space. Only draw back is that the kids bunk room is on the main living area floor, so if your kids wake up easily that can be a drawback. However, the bedrooms downstairs are spacious so there is room to put the kids to bed in there without a problem. Great location, great house, great everything.Did you find this review helpful?
