The services encompass Front Desk (check-in and registration), on-site Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge Services. You will be pampered from the time you arrive until you sadly have to depart!
As a central point of contact, Front Desk service is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. In addition, daily Housekeeping services and turn-down can be arranged by our on-site team (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, our on-site Maintenance team will be dispatched so you don’t need to track me down, ever! There’s even 24-hour Security on duty for any needs that might arise.
