Villa Tranquillo is decorated with a European influence. With an ambient color palette in buttercup, coral and tropical greens, this upscale and relaxing Villa presents 2 oversized Master bedrooms with King bedding, a generous 3rd bedroom with 2 Queens and an extra half powder bath just off the great room.

This Villa features a well thought out and generous floor plan. Providing ample privacy, each bedroom is designated to opposing quadrants of the home. The 3111 sf of interior space and add’l 738 sf of outdoor lanai allows for the entire family & extended family to have a bounty of personal space. Multiple eating areas include the indoor dining table, kitchen bar seating and the outdoor dining table each seating 6 people. There are additionally 3 couches, 4 large comfortable chairs and 2 outdoor sunbathing lounge chairs.

The great room / kitchen island of marble counter tops has 2 subzero refrigerators with cool drawers. Thermador convection oven and microwave and is fully stocked with top of the line appliances, dinnerware, glassware and cookware.

The 1st Master suite has a beautiful island style furniture collection in honey colored cane embellished with pineapple motif. The entertainment armoire features a large flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD. You have direct access through bedroom sliding doors to the backyard and your personal plunge pool. The dreamy buttercup walls entice you to leisure in the full luxury private en-suite bath with deep soaking tub and separate seated shower, dual vanity sinks and private enclosed water closet.

The 2nd Master bedroom suite has warm dark coral walls and golden chestnut furnishings. There is a wonderful sitting area perfect for reading or watching your large flat screen TV/DVD/CD player. This room also features an equipped office area in its side sunroom and has a private door leading out onto the beautiful small lawn with plumeria tree and large corner lanai. This adjoining Master bathroom similarly features the deep soaking tub, separate seated shower, dual vanity, private water closet and large walk in closet with the addition of an outdoor rain shower.

The attractive 3rd bedroom of chocolate and sage green, sits quietly in its own private wing of the villa. It features 2 generous full sized beds providing comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests and an outside private sitting lanai with garden view, chair and table you can access through your in-room sliding door. An entertainment armoire houses a large flat screen TV/DVD player with matching dresser and reading lamp. Large walk in closet and private bathroom include shower and single vanity sink.

Standard amenities including makeup mirror, hair dryer and custom toiletries are provided in each bathroom. All bedrooms have large flat screen TV/DVD/CD players, digital cable box, bedside alarm clock radio and telephones.

Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from our On-Site Staff 7 days a week. The guest care program encompasses Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge & Emergency Repair Services.

When booking our unit, there are no additional check-out or cleaning fees. Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company & servicing our unit for many years. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.

Relaxing on the lanai

VRBO Bear stayed here - 10/21/2009 5-star accommodations and outstanding service awaited us in this elegant villa tucked away in Wailea Beach. This fabulous villa came with its own private plunge pool and beautiful, flowering gardens. From the front entrance to the spacious lanai, this home was a decorator’s dream. Each room offered its own style and luxury. I especially enjoyed bringing the outdoors in with the spacious sliding-pocket glass panels that opened the whole villa to the wonderful patio and garden setting. Although I’m more of the adventurous sort, it was incredibly relaxing to recline on the lanai and feel the gentle ocean breezes. It’s the best way to enjoy the tranquil tropical paradise that is Maui!

After a good night’s sleep in the very comfortable king bed, my group and I headed off on a kayak and snorkeling adventure. We ended the day with a wonderful hike to some incredible rainforest waterfalls. Deciding what to see and do each day of our stay was easy. The on-site concierge was happy to help us choose from the numerous water sports rental shops, tours and charters available.

Steps away from our villa were two shared pools – one for adults and one for families. If you prefer the beach, you’ll love the short walk down the garden path to the ocean. Here, you can sink your toes into the baby soft, Wailea sand. The palm trees lining the outer edge of the shoreline, the beautiful beach and crystal blue waters looked like a postcard. I captured the scenery inside my camera and now it’s my new screensaver to remind me of my Hawaiian vacation.

Although each villa is privately owned, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find luxuries and amenities not common in vacation rentals, including room service, daily maid service, bellmen, valet, concierge and even, turn-down service. We enjoyed the rare pampering this villa provided and know you will too!
