Just returned home, after spending a week in Boulder, visiting our daughter. From my initial inquiry about this property, having a few questions answered along the way, etc., etc., THIS was a wonderful experience. The apartment was EXACTLY as pictured, the reserved parting place was excellant ... and having a washer & dryer in the unit was perfect =) Found this property to be in a wonderful location !!!! Close to shopping, the highway, etc. Seriously, this is a "no brainer". If you are seriously looking for a place to stay ... look no further. Cheryl ~Indianapolis, IN

We are a Tennessee family that comes to Boulder to visit family and enjoy the mountains of Colorado. We have stayed in many different places in Boulder and this condo is by far the best deal we have found. The condo is an excellent location , very very clean, plenty of room for four people, very comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly. Our only regret is we could not stay longer.. Highly recommend this condo to others. We have stayed in other condos we liked that compare to this one but for way more money. Why pay more when this was great?

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. Everything was as advertised, and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped for a rental property so you can actually cook if you want to and take full advantage of the farmers market, etc. (This has not been my experience in other rental properties.) We were not comfortable cycling on the streets because we have a toddler, but it would be easy to rent bikes and quickly and safely get downtown with Boulder's great bike lanes. We ended up driving because of our daughter, and most places were 5-10 mins away with readily available and inexpensive parking. Chautauqua's maybe 10-15 mins drive. The outside space is exposed to neighbors coming and going so not private.

Comfortable, Quiet,Clean,Convenient - reasonably priced alternative to all the overpriced Boulder hotels! Plus - you have your own kitchen, laundry, and closet space galore! Nice big bathroom too. Karen is a phone call away and very attentive to any questions. We loved our stay here and will be back for CU graduation!

Our stay at the Aspen Grove condo was magnificent! We came to Boulder for our son's wedding and truly enjoyed the stay. The condo was very verly clean. The location was very convenient to either the north or south going east or west. The photos truly show how the condo is laid out and what is included in the ammentities. A few minor items would be to have a larger coffee pot - 4 cups is way to small for those who have 10-12 cups per day or if you have 4 adults drinking coffee. There should also be a separate toaster as the small toaster oven was not working very well. A bistro table on the patio area would be great too. We used one of the tray tables and it was very lovely sitting outside in the mornings with our coffee. The closet space was magnificient - lots of room in the walk in closets. The bathroom was large and accomodating. I heard the pool was cold but I did not venture out to there. Much was going on for the wedding preparations. Additionally, the people who live at the Aspen Grove Condo's were very friendly and watch out for the place when no one is there. Great neighbors! The maintenace of the common areas needs to be looked at. There are some areas that need the wood replaced and could be dangerous as someone may get hurt on the wood that is either cracked or rotted. The association should look into this. Also - we made wonderful friends with the calico cat and named him Fred and he would visit us each morning and night - All in all - the condo was an excellent choice and we certainly would stay again. Thank you for making our stay special. Best Ken and Mary Ellen
Owner response:Thank you Mary Ellen and Ken - Thanks to you we now have a larger coffee pot (and a tea pot!)! We added a little table to the patio. Thanks again and safe travels!

As a base for a week of road cycling training at altitude for my daughter and general relaxation and fly fishing for me this was perfect. The Condo was quiet, well equipped, spotlessly clean and well located. We were very pleased we were able to stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and relatives. Throughout the whole property identification, availability and rental process the owner was prompt and helpful in providing information and answering our queries. This has been our first VRBO experience and it has been a very good one.

We stayed for our second time at this vrbo. Very happy again. It suits our family of four. Nicely decorated, and spacious open kitchen. Great location in the north side of boulder. Walk to the grocery store, and walk to the bus. Or park your car in your reserved spot right outside the condo. Nice hot tub, but unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Very good value. I would recommend this vrbo

We choose this condo for our recent 4 day visit to Boulder for our son's graduation from CU. Great location, clean, spacious and so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen which included little things that we didn't have to buy, such as foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, even some coffee. There were plenty of towels and linens available. Karen was extremely responsive to my inquiries prior to booking and we were pleased with our stay. Being such a hectic time in Boulder, it was nice to be located a little bit north of the town, yet easy to drive to the campus, Pearl Street, etc. Even drove to Estes Park, which was an easy 45 minute drive. We especially liked the enormous Safeway and Starbucks located nearby. Great stay, very reasonable and highly recommend this condo. Thanks, Karen!

We picked Karen and Michelle's condo for our 2 week vacation in Boulder and we weren't disappointed. It had everything we needed and at a great per night rate. We've stayed in another VRBO property in Boulder and it didn't come close in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We'll be back!

We did enjoy or stay at your condo very much. It was nice to have so much space, we enjoyed being able to eat in. The location was great. Mark loved not having to go to the rec. center to swim. We will check if your condo is available on our next trip to Boulder. Thanks, Jean

Thanks for having us at your condo. It was very comfortable for my family of 4. The kitchen was very large and user frendly and well stocked. Thanks for providing all the ziplocs, foil, detergents, etc. All those little things that make settling in a breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and the walk in closets were ample. The location was good for us. Across the street are a couple of strip mall sort of shopping areas. It was handy having the Safeway, Starbucks and bank across the street. We also ate at Arugula, a restaurant across the street. We would recommend that as well. All in all, this is a very comforable rental and good value. Rona, NY

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It is very comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was so nice to have easy access to the big, modern supermarket across the street as well as the other nearby shops and restaurants. The wi-fi internet was also very handy. We all really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Karen, Thank you for the very positive experience I had while staying at your condo. You made sure that every detail was taken care of as the condo had everything I needed to be comfortable along with being beautifully decorated and was very clean. The location is great and I had easy access to everything from groceries to hiking trails, etc. I also enjoyed being able to see the Flatirons from the front window in the morning. The other nice suprise was the large swimming pool and hot tub that the complex had. I look forward to staying there again and will recommend it to my friends!

Thanks for the use of your Boulder home. It was perfect. It may sound odd but we especially appreciated the bed. It was so comfortable. My husband is a big guy with a bad back so we rarely find a great bed when we travel.
