We just returned from a spectacular trip to Maui where we enjoyed everything about this property and Villa. The Villa (F201) is absolutely gorgeous – tastefully furnished, luxuriously spacious and exceptionally appointed. There is a peaceful elegance in the interior design with Pacific Asian motif in artwork and furnishings. Masterful construction, high-end appliances, fine granite and marble finishes, halogen dimmed lighting, and always comforting central AC (controllable for each room and operable except when the lanai doors are open for warm tropical breezes) combine naturally with ocean views, indigenous landscaping and cascading waterfalls. Large floor to ceiling doors open up to a large lanai with comfortable outdoor seating and dining table, outdoor grill and refrigerator. The entire family/living room and kitchen overlook the ocean, treetops, and landscaped beauty. This 2nd floor Villa is also particularly notable on the property for its exceptional quiet setting and privacy – an oasis of luxury and comfort. We found everything to be perfectly as described in the detailed descriptions on the website. Even the smallest of details is attended to (fine soaps, shampoos, plush towels, soft linens, kitchen necessities). Most importantly, we immediately felt peaceful and at home. A short walk down the path, the beach was spectacular – amazingly smooth (no stones or crushed shells) soft clay-like sand beaches with a shallow, extended drop that invites very young waders, body surfers, boogie boarders and snorkelers in for easy rides in the calm morning surf - picking up with slightly bigger waves in the afternoons. Our young son had his first body surfing and boogie boarding experiences here this trip – something he could not likely have done yet elsewhere. We so enjoyed watching him ride, tumble, laugh, shriek, and then run right back in. Beach attendants provide lounge chairs and umbrellas just a few feet away from water edge. We also spent considerable time at the kid’s pool – a fun setting for the entire family. A real treat is the adult edgeless pool right off the ocean path with gorgeous ocean views. The concierge manager Tracy seems to be always available on-site, providing great service and attention for the largest or smallest of requests. Also, many great restaurants and shops are minutes away by car and foot. So if you're looking for luxury, comfort, peaceful setting, gem of location with great staff, this is it! We hope to be back soon!

I stayed in this villa recently and it was unbelievably beautiful. Even the lanai furniture was incredible, not to mention the furnishings inside the villa. Everything you could ever want or need is provided and the property, inside and out, is soooo gorgeous. The pools and beach were perfect and the staff attended to our every need. We will be asking for this unit again later this year.

I have stayed in this villa twice. Once with friends and once with my family. I requested this same unit a second time because it was so appealing and luxurious inside. I have seen other interiors in the same building and unit F201 is "a cut above" everything else I have seen. Everything our hearts desired was available to us and I only have high praise. We will request this unit again next year.

The Wailea Beach Villas at are amazing. Two great pools, beautiful grounds, fantastic amenities for all interests and ages. My wife and I have stayed in this unit four times and will go back again. We have seen several units at the Villas and we like this one the best for several reasons. First its location. It is about halfway between the adult pool and beach and the family pool/main building. Also close to parking and an easy walk to both the shops at Wailea and many restaurants along the beach. Second, the owners have managed to decorate and furnish the place in a manner that is both elegant and comfortable. Some places we have stayed, while beautiful, are not inviting or comfortable. 5 minutes into our first visit and we felt like this was home for the week. We go on vacation to relax and be with friends and family and this elegant yet comfortable home is perfect. In addition, it has great views of the ocean and the lush grounds, all the electronic media one could ask for on a vacation and a well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook (which I do even when on vacation). Highly recommend this place to others (just don't book the week we want next time :).

My wife and I had a most wonderful vacation at your beautiful villa. Many mornings were spent relaxing on the balcony, viewing the exotic and abundant vegetation, simply enjoying the peace and comfort all about us. With the pools and ocean steps away, daily swimming was ideal. The staff at the Villas was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. We visited many stores and galleries, in fact we still get emails from the Lahaina Gallery, one of our favorites. Though we dined at local restaurants, we loved cooking and enjoying many a meal at the villa while watching beautiful sunsets and listening to our favorite music. Please accept our genuine thanks for a holiday of a lifetime...Mahalo...

Given this summer was our fifth visit to this beautiful vacation home, we thought it was about time to write a review! Bottom line: If you are looking for elegant comfort in a peaceful setting, look no further than this wonderful villa. Tastefully decorated with artwork befitting an island paradise, you can tell the owners put great care into finding just the right pieces to put in all the right places. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a gourmet dinner, with the added bonus of a full size BBQ on the lanai. The master bedroom is luxurious and the two other bedrooms are great, too. I count the weeks between stays, waiting for the moment I can sit out on the lanai, feel the warm ocean breeze, and watch the sun set out over the ocean...

Better than a resort - we instantly felt at home. The condo had everything we needed and more. We cherish the memories we made and can't wait to go back. The only disappointing part of the trip was having to leave at the end ;)

This was truly an amazing experience, the location-pools, beach, restaurants, golf, walking, as well an excellent staff made our vacation everything we hoped for. The unit itself is First Class with wonderful views. We had breakfast outside every morning and the tropical breezes help make this a true Hawaiian experience. This is one of the most beautiful and spacious condos I've ever stayed in. I recently celebrated my 87th birthday and due to the kindness and generosity of youngest son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter I was included on this trip .

Our vacation was wonderful made more so by the lovely accommodations. The luxurious condo was comfortable, quiet, and very well equippe;, the location is ideal, and the complex outstanding. Access to both the beach and facility swimming pools were convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and a path to stroll from place to place were bonuses. In addition a shopping area is close by.
