We're from NC and love the climate and the people in the Charlotte area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The gorgeous views of the lake and the boardwalk that surrounds the area for morning and evening walks makes this location the most desirable. Also the terrific restaurants nearby and in Charlotte and the many nice shopping areas within 10 minutes to 45 minutes away are very convenient. A lot to do, yet a peaceful place to stay.

In 1998, we moved from the Chicago area to Lake Norman and lived at Harborside for 10 years. We love the views and the swimming pool and tennis court ammenities. The convenience to many great restaurants, golf courses, downtown Charlotte, shopping areas, Lowe's Motor Speedway, Carowinds, white water rafting and being close to the airport are other reasons we enjoy the condo location. Recently we upgraded our unit with hardwood floors, new ceramic tiled baths, marble kitchen countertops, new bedroom carpet, etc. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Once again we had a very enjoyable stay at David & Peggy's condo. It was quiet and peaceful with a view that never got old. This condo is a must place to stay while in the greater Charlotte area. We look forward to our next stay at this great location.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed in the condo for a week in June. It was lovely! It was roomy and we loved the balcony. We had breakfast in the morning out there and wine at night. We are Nascar fans and the condo was centrally located to all the race shops, Lowe's Motor Speedway and Richard Childress Winery. We even took a day trip to the Biltmore in Asheville! We loved to take walks in the morning on the boardwalk and through the condos. Saw bunnies and a variety of birds. It's more quiet around there than we thought it would be. The restaurant next door is good also! We hope to rent there again soon!

We stayed here for 2 and 1/2 weeks during March of 2009 and had a terrific stay. There's a good restaurant within easy walking distance and plenty more within a short drive. The condo, including baths, kitchen and bedrooms is well equipped and the location is perfect. We walked around the lake each day and took advantage of the March sun on the deck. We had no need for Peggy and David while we were there but they were easily accessible. I only hesitate to give a positive review because I'd like to keep the place to myself.

We stayed in this lovely condo over Thanksgiving. As promised, the view was great and Peggy was always available for any questions we had. This is our first choice for any future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at Harborside. The condo was very clean, supplied with the necessities and had a beautiful view. David and Peggy were great to work with always returning our calls promptly and helping us quickly when we made a mistake docking our rented boat. We would definitely stay there again.
