2206 Palm Boulevard is a beautiful oceanfront home on the Isle of Palms. This 50's style beach cottage has a wonderful porch on the beach side and a wide open back yard, heading down onto the beach. The home is located a short distance from the Isle of Palms connector, the city park, and the beachfront restaurants and shopping.
4 BR, 3 BA. 50's Charming old style beach cottage. DR w/table for 6, fully equipped kitchen w/counter & stools, LR w/TV & VCR, has a TV & table for 6, Outside Shower, Laundry Room, Extra frig. Large sunroom w/TV. Master bedroom w/TV. Living Room w/TV & DVD Player. Bed Sizes: 3K, BB(2S), BB(D/S)
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
The great location, size of the house, and reasonable price are by far a GREAT DEAL for a family beach vacation!! The Isle of Palms has the only beach in South Carolina or Georgia listed as a Blue Wave Beach! We have now received this award for more than 10 years in a row. We are very proud! The house is great for our needs... 4BR/3bath, with 2 large living areas. The only thing I would recommend is overhead lighting in the dining area and inside living area. I appreciate that linens are included; it's nice to not have to pack our own sheets and towels..... and then make our own beds when we arrive!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
