View of the beach from your balcony - Beach Access Vacation Condominium in Cancun, Mexico This 2 level condo called the Blue View Condo is PH3A sister to PH3B next door is at the ninth floor providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean below with direct access to the beach, only steps from the lobby. A beautiful pool adjacent to the building allows for sun bathing and swimming as does the unique roof top deck, the only one in the building, adjacent to the bedroom of this unit. Fully air conditioned in both the upper and lower units, with ceiling fans, the lower level has a kitchen with bar, and a sofa and futon with television and dvd/cd next to the balcony with views of the water. Only a few steps from the Hotel Zone where many restaurants and night spots are located. I have another unit next door, very similar, with additional open dates. The condo is next door to Carlos and Charlies and the Forum shopping center, within walking distance to the covention center and the Caracol shopping area. There are taxi and bus stops outside the condo for easy access to other areas of Cancun.
