Keywords: I have two condos that can be rented separately, or as a suite of 2 upstairs bedrooms. They are right in the party zone and right on the beach, for immediate access.
My Penthouses the Blue View Condos are located in the SALVIA Condominiums and are next to The Forum By The Sea shopping center. Penthouse condos on the ninth floor providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean below with direct access to the beach with the sand and water just a few steps from the lobby.
If you are looking for March and spring break I have two weeks open for $875 per week or $1600 for two weeks.
The two condos can be adjoining to make a SUITE of two bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with two living room/bedrooms, two separate kitchens. SEE RATES as pricing is less for both condos, than for each individually.
A beautiful pool adjacent to the building is great for sun bathing and swimming. There is private sunning in the unique roof top deck, the only one in the building in PH3A. Fully air conditioned in both the upper and lower units, and also with ceiling fans in the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room/bedroom, the lower level has a kitchen with bar, and a sofa and futon with television and dvd/cd next to the balcony with views of the water.
Only a few steps from the Entertainment Zone where many restaurants and night spots are located. The condos are next door to Carlos and Charlies and the Forum shopping center, within walking distance to the convention center and the Caracol shopping area. Across from the Flea Market. An on site concierge can help with excursions to access other areas of Cancun.

Why the Owner Chose Salvia
I chose the vacation rental in Cancun because it is very peaceful there, yet when you want to go out and have some fun it is right there too. I also like the closeness of the beach and the climate and walking or jogging along the sand.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at my condo, sometimes I like to get up early and watch the sun come over the Caribbean from the balcony, or go for a early morning swim in the warm ocean water, or catch the latest sports event, like the NFL playoffs at Carlos and Charlies next door, munching on a fish taco and sipping a Sol beer. I also like to drive down the coast and explore some of the other beach areas and stop in Playa del Carmen for a lunch break or shopping trip and late dinner in their "shopping zone".
The Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks, Chilis, and Carlos and Charlies along with many shops are located here.
LOTS OF SHOPPING AND YOU CAN BARTER ALL YOU WANT. ALSO ATMS ARE LOCATED HERE AND SOME CONVENIENCE STORES AND SMALL LOCAL RESTAURANTS
GREAT SNORKELING ALONG THE PROTECTIVE ROCKS TO SEE THE NEEDLE FISH AND OTHER TROPICAL FISH

I enjoy the outdoors, especially down in Cancun at my condo in Salvia. Nothing like a swim in the morning to get the day started.
Biking is a great sport for keeping the Margarita pounds at baby. I just love that Pok de Pok golf course around the Lagoon. Sipping coffee on the balcony watching the bathers while enjoying the sun rise is great. Listening to some music from the cds I left there (hope they are still there) or plugging in my Ipod to hear the Beetles or Eagles greatest hits, or even a little Rammstein. Go take the snorkel and mask up to the point and check out the needle fish, they are so friendly.

We stayed here again and all I wrote in the previous review is still very much true. We absolutely love this place and the owner is very nice and helpful. The beach was fantastic. We walked quite a way down the beach and by far the area in front of the Salvia was the best that we saw. The staff was just as wonderful as ever. We highly recommend the Salvia, and this unit in particular (PH3A with the rooftop terrace). A friend came with us for his first trip to Cancun and is already trying to figure out how soon he can get back there! Sunrises over the ocean, sunsets over the lagoon, warm water, soft breeze, great massages from a very, very nice woman on sight. We're already having withdrawals! Enjoy! Recommended for: Age 55+ , Adventure Seekers , Girls Getaway , Tourists without a Car , Sightseeing , Families with Teenagers , Families with Young Children , People with Disabilities , Romantic Getaway

This review is long overdue, our apologies to the owner for taking so long! We stayed in PH3A for 2 weeks around Christmas 2008, and have booked it again for another 2 weeks. The owner is so nice and helpful, the condo unit is absolutely fantastic, the location and view are great, the staff is wonderful. This condo will always be our "go to" condo for our Cancun trips. With a teenage girl, it was wonderful having 2 bathrooms instead of 1! The private terrace off the upstairs bedroom is the only one in the building and was perfect. Totally private, nobody can see you, wonderful for relaxing and soaking up the sun or looking at the stars since it's not covered. Plus there is a covered balcony on the first floor of the unit. Very clean unit, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds (first time we've both slept on a bed away from home and didn't wake up with back aches), well supplied kitchen. Anyone concerned about noise issues when staying in an area surrounded by the clubs need have no worry - you can't hear the music from inside the unit or even when on the balcony or terrace. We were able to sleep with the terrace door open and hear nothing but the soothing sound of the ocean. Very convenient location to shopping and lots of restaurants, and wonderful, cheap food and the little condo restaurant. We met a lot of nice people staying in the condo - other vacationers as well as owners who permanently live there. But even though we've gone 3 times during one of the "high seasons" (Christmas), we've never found the Cancun area to be crowded. We've seen the timeshares and many of the hotels during this season and many of them have been extremely crowded around their pools and in the lobbies, but not the condos we've stayed in. If you want privacy and great service, and prefer variety and freedom instead of being stuck at a crowded all-inclusive hotel, we highly recommend this condo. Recommended for: Age 55+ , Adventure Seekers , Girls Getaway , Tourists without a Car , Sightseeing , Families with Teenagers , Families with Young Children , People with Disabilities , Romantic Getaway

This condo is awesome! Right on the beach, with a great balcony and a private roof top deck. The pictures really don't do it justice. The staff at the Salvia are excellent. Gonzalo at the front desk is great and very friendly. The location can't be beat. Right next to everything. Free wireless internet in the lobby. A nice pool and palapa bar. There was a ton of CD's with every kind of music to choose from. Not sure if a guest left those or if it lives at the condo but that was a nice benefit. Dinner on the balcony was amazing. The refrigerator stopped working on our second day there- but the staff at the Salvia sent up another one within a half hour.. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place! Rating: 5 out of 5

Called Ron the day before my travel date and he was able to accommodate both me and my wife at this beautiful ocean front condo on very short notice, the condo is very easy to find it is gated with 24hrs security, if you are driving you will not miss it as it is across the street from the flea market, it's also within walking distance to so many restaurants (hard rock cafe), bars, and night clubs including the famous Coco bongo ( 200ft ), you really don't need a car if you don't want one. but if you do there is a 24 hrs guarded parking lot free of charge inside the complex. upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the check in was really fast and it took us less than 2 minutes to check in.(check out was as fast). the rooms were very clean, the ocean view from the balcony is amazing, and if you like to wake up early you will get to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Caribbean sea while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. you can access the beach directly from the complex, white sand, Caribbean blue water, and life guards on duty. there is also a swimming pool on the front side of the building. we had a very good experience at the Salvia Condo and really enjoyed our stay, I can't wait to go back. thank you Ron.
