If you are someone that prefers to get away from the dense summer crowds this is for you. It is located in one of San Clemente's most desirable neighborhoods called "The Loop"! It is located in a six unit apartment building, however no shared walls. It is literally steps to a new beach trail that is just one mile walk or bike ride to downtown and the pier. The building itself has been completely remodeled with new double pained windows, paver stone walk ways and patio, lush plants and trees. It is across from Calafia State Beach, approximately 100yds. You can sit on your deck, relax, sipping on your favorite cold drink and watch the waves roll in and the dolphins at play. The unit is located in the rear of the building, so it is quiet!
