  The house is great. The Patio is A-mazing, and where you will spend almost all your time. I was weary about not staying in a gated community, but after staying at Steve's house I quickly realized that the house has the huge patio that I loved, that other places don't really have. And it looks exactly like the pics shown. The inside is remodeled and tastefully decorated. It is also a short drive into El Paseo and we went there for dinner twice. It's a great place to walk around, shop, and grab some happy hour cocktails. Steve was very nice, and after asking him about a check out time on Sun., he told us to enjoy our last day and get the most out of it. We have stayed in rental homes that give you a check out time regardless of when the next booking is and when the cleaning crew comes, so that was pretty exciting! Thanks Again!

  We stayed over Easter weekend...and it could not have been better...We lived on the patio enjoying the mountain view and well kept golf course. And although the pool is a bit of a hike, we got creative and bought a "slip and slide" for my 3 yr. old grandchild...Steve was a joy to work with as well.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  An old friend, whom I hadn't seen in 4 years, and I (we're in our late 20's and early 30's) decided to check out Coachella this year and found renting a house for the weekend to be more affordable and, what had to be, far more comfortable. With temps reaching over 100 during the day we always had a nice cool house to come back to rather than a crowded hotel or camping on the grounds where we definitely would have been woken up by baking temps at 7am. The house had a modern decor with up to date entertainment and cooking amenities. The back porch was perfect for daytime and night time cocktails. The owner made sure that we knew he was readily available if we had any questions. The rental instructions were clear and concise and only made our stay easier. The only issue we had was locating the community pool pass, but after a brief phone call that was promptly answered our problem was quickly solved. The neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and any other shopping needs you may have. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

  The house was great - it had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The location was convenient and very quiet. We spent many hours on the wonderful patio relaxing, dining and enjoying the fantastic mountain views. The golf cart was a plus - we loved traveling to the pool this way! We'll be back for sure!

  Great communication with owner. Fantastic house. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. Would be thrilled to be back.

• Wonderful getaway!

  The property has beautiful views off the expansive private west facing patio. The golf-cart came in very handy to visit the hot tub and community pool. The weather is always fantastic. Great TV's is all rooms including the patio with nice gas grill. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are hoping to return next year.

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, basically right in the middle of everything. We are avid golfers and there were so many championship caliber courses literally minutes from the house. We also love to dine at fine restaurants and there were plenty of those near the house. The house was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very accessible by phone or email if we had any questions. The outdoor patio great. It had two seating areas and an outdoor TV. There were multiple fruit trees on the property with juicy ripe fruits which made for a great, fresh breakfast. I really don't think there was anything that I did not like about the house. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to that area.

  We love our time away from our home in order to go to our 'second home'. With the backyard blending into the golf course we have a HUGE backyard that is park - VERY private so we do not even need to close the drapes. The neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet and friendly. Shopping is just a few blocks away and offers everything that we need, and then some. A golf cart and bikes are provided with the home so that we can easily get around without using gas if we want. The owner is a dream to deal with and more than accomodating. And the pictures truly represent the home before our first stay. It is a 1950's built home that has been gutted and rebuilt - granite counter tops, stainless LG kitchen appliances plus a spa tub in the master bath and a handicap accessible walk in shower in the hall bath (adding grap bars would be a nice addition for my wife who has limited mobility - and knowing Steve, the owner, he will probably do this) We literally searched for months before finding this home online and am so pleased that we did - we book for a couple of weeks over the course of a couple of different months, and have done so for the past 2 years. We have already booked well in advance for our next holiday this year. We also appreciate that our '2nd home' is reasonably priced and a bargain for all that we get - we used to pay more just for a hotel suite. When you book, give our best to Steve, the owner, and tell him that we referred you....
