Palm Desert Home on Golf Course
The house is located on the 1st fairway on the newly renovated course. Opening day was Jan 1st. 2012.
The Palm Desert Country Club has just been remodeled and is open for Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner with a great new menu. The outdoor lounge has a fire pit and water feature and is open until 11 pm. Quick golfcart ride.
The Indian Wells Tennis Garden Stadium Court is the home to the ATP World Tours. 2012 tour features the Bnp Paribas Open.
Albertsons, Ralph's Fresh Fare,Starbucks, Wells Fargo,19th Hole Bar and Grill. All accessable by golfcart.
2 large pools and a large Jacuzzi. Pool access given with each rental. BBQ area, Sand Volleyball court, Play area, Basketball Court, Dog Park, Just a short Golfcart ride from the house.

The house was great - it had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The location was convenient and very quiet. We spent many hours on the wonderful patio relaxing, dining and enjoying the fantastic mountain views. The golf cart was a plus - we loved traveling to the pool this way! We'll be back for sure!

The property has beautiful views off the expansive private west facing patio. The golf-cart came in very handy to visit the hot tub and community pool. The weather is always fantastic. Great TV's is all rooms including the patio with nice gas grill. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are hoping to return next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, basically right in the middle of everything. We are avid golfers and there were so many championship caliber courses literally minutes from the house. We also love to dine at fine restaurants and there were plenty of those near the house. The house was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very accessible by phone or email if we had any questions. The outdoor patio great. It had two seating areas and an outdoor TV. There were multiple fruit trees on the property with juicy ripe fruits which made for a great, fresh breakfast. I really don't think there was anything that I did not like about the house. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to that area.

We love our time away from our home in order to go to our 'second home'. With the backyard blending into the golf course we have a HUGE backyard that is park - VERY private so we do not even need to close the drapes. The neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet and friendly. Shopping is just a few blocks away and offers everything that we need, and then some. A golf cart and bikes are provided with the home so that we can easily get around without using gas if we want. The owner is a dream to deal with and more than accomodating. And the pictures truly represent the home before our first stay. It is a 1950's built home that has been gutted and rebuilt - granite counter tops, stainless LG kitchen appliances plus a spa tub in the master bath and a handicap accessible walk in shower in the hall bath (adding grap bars would be a nice addition for my wife who has limited mobility - and knowing Steve, the owner, he will probably do this) We literally searched for months before finding this home online and am so pleased that we did - we book for a couple of weeks over the course of a couple of different months, and have done so for the past 2 years. We have already booked well in advance for our next holiday this year. We also appreciate that our '2nd home' is reasonably priced and a bargain for all that we get - we used to pay more just for a hotel suite. When you book, give our best to Steve, the owner, and tell him that we referred you....
