Immaculately kept with beautiful furnishings. We have a master with a king, a 2nd bed with a queen, a bunk area with 2 bunks, and a queen blow-up. Our dinning area seats 8 comfortably and our kitchen bar area can seat 3 more!

Our unit is handicapped accessible and we do implement a non smoking, no pet policy. We are kid friendly and we will negotiate prices.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is for adults and families only! If you are a parent renting a place for your teenagers to stay alone, please choose another unit. We will remove groups with no adults onsite with a no refund policy.

I've stayed in PBC over 20+years and this 2B/2B + bunks is great! The owner is easy to work with and provide a reasonable rate. 2nd floor access is nice due to proximity of stairs to beach access. The complex is a bit confusing at first due to all the up and down floors to access the beach, pools and walk-over to parking garage, but it's not too bad once figured out! My children enjoyed the parking deck side kiddie pool. Beware though, security is tight and does not allow access to pool area without resort bands and no coolers are allowed! I don't see this to be an issue as we came prepared with the provided bands. We had a great stay and the unit is furnished with all necessary items, plus some! I will definitely consider staying here in the future. Also to note, the photos posted are a bit outdated - the unit now has tiled floors throughout and a different couch and chair in the family room. And, the unit is handicap accessible so doors are wider and there's a roll-in shower in the second bedroom/bath. Very close to Pier Park (my husband and I used this as our morning run for a 3 mile loop).Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Having never stayed at this complex so we were not sure what the experience would be. The complex is outstanding with great pools, sky bar, and Starbucks. The views are impressive throughout. We dealt with the owner Lisa. She made the process simple. The direct check in with unique number to get in was great. No delay going through the front office area. The Condo was as advertised. In excellent shape and very well decorated. The views were outstanding. Being able to use the stairs as the unit is on second floor was a plus. We had a great trip. My son fished at the Pier each day and we enjoyed the beach and great seafood. Would go back and stay here for future trips.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
