The back of this house backs up to a beautiful cypress pond! This professionally decorated/high-end 3 bedroom/3 bath is a great retreat for families and friends! The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, heart-pine hardwood floors, and opens up to the tastefully decorated den with a large porch off the back. There is a spacious bedroom and bath on the main - 1st floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs (both kings), along with two baths. This excellent property is a short walk to the beachclub/pool. Cypress Dunes is located on Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast off of Scenic Hwy 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach, just minutes from Sandestin and Seaside. Cypress Dunes offers an amenity-rich vacation experience. The beachclub showcases an infinity edge pool, hot tub, and observation deck, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a state of the art fitness center. This community also features championship regulation tennis courts, a sidewalk system that meanders through the entire community, and a (free) private beach shuttle at your fingertips. We manage multiple houses in Cypress Dunes if additional houses are needed for your vacation.
