House was very comfortable and big enough where everyone had their own space. Kitchen is fully stocked. Enough air mattresses in case anyone needed them. The house is conveniently located to Jack Frost/big boulder. We had a great relaxing weekend.

We had a great time staying at this spacious and beautiful home. We had 10 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and were great to work with. The ski resorts were only 10 minutes away. We all had a lovely time. Great central location for everyone that came (Philly area, Connecticut and New Jersey). Would love to rent this property again anytime of the year as it has so much to offer. Thanks Jen!

My family, along with another family rented the house for New Years weekend. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The house is just as nice as the pix online. Very clean and spacious, would recommend!

We spent a week in this beautiful house in the beginning of July, 2012. The house has three levels of living so each family had its own level. There is a fully functional kitchen on the ground floor with the second refrigerator - it was good because the closest food store is half an hour away – so we went shopping only once. There were sliding doors to the small patio and a fire ring that we use for marshmallows. There is a large dining table on the second level but we did not use it – we used a lot the table on the porch for all our meals and it was wonderful especially at night with the bright stars shining on the sky amid the tops of the huge trees. There were a lot of plates, glasses, mugs, pots and pans in the kitchen – even for the family twice as big as ours! There is one level of cooling in the house so the temperature in the ground floor is two- three degrees colder then on the main floor and master bedroom is two- three degrees warmer that all other bedrooms. Master bedroom is huge- really huge - and king bed is very high- you need steps! Community is very safe and clean. The closest pool is less then 10 min walk and there is a tennis court and a very good kid’s playground near the pool. Usually we start our morning with the toddlers on this playground and the go to the pool that opens only at 11. It will be more convenient for the families with small kids that need a daytime nap to have it open one hour earlier. We spend afternoons on the closest beach that is reachable also by foot with the stroller - 20 minutes walk is not bad at all. This was our first stay in Arrowhead and we love every minute of it! It was very easy to communicate with the owners! Thanks, Jen!

The pictures do NO justice for how beautiful this home is. It is extremely cozy and spacious. We stayed with 3 different families that went away for the first time all together and couldn't have had a better time then we did. We had an 8 month old and a 3 year old that felt as if they were home. There was space for naps, cooking, game time, and just relaxing around the TV all at the same time. Three women managed to cook all their special recipes at the same time in the beautiful kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, and spices. On top of all the great attributes of this house, the owners are INCREDIBLE. With never having met them, I felt as if I knew them forever. They are so cooperative, understanding, concerned, and helpful. They kept their word in assuring the comfort of their home. On another note, the convenience of all the winter attractions were just about 15 minutes away. From ski shops, to ski resorts, snow tubing, shopping (outlets) and so much more. We are all looking forward to coming together again in this beautiful home, hopefully in the near future. I would just like to thank you again, for allowing me to bring my family and hopefully future in laws together in such a great atmosphere.

My family and I planned a reunion and stayed here, the house was fantastic and the layout lended itself to my elderly aunts as well as my young grandchildren. The owners thought of everything and were very easy to work with. It is a perfect location with many activities nearby to keep everyone happy. We will be back!

This home is beautiful. You can't appreciate it by the pictures. We had a large group of married couples that stayed for a ski weekend and it was perfect for all 16 of us. There is plenty of sleeping space and a large master bed and bath on the 3rd floor where we threw an air mattress on the floor and bunked w/friends. The kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. We found ourselves hanging out in the kitchen area and the great room most of the time. I would definitely rent again from the home owners. They are very friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful(I had a lot of questions). The home is spotless and very well cared for by the owners. I would suggest anyone with a large group or small, to inquire about this rental. You will NOT be dissapointed!

The Chalet was amazing the pictures do no justice. When I stood inside the home I was in awe. The wood floors in the kitchen are gorgeous; the great room is really GREAT! The home is so comfortable; the bed in the master bedroom is fit for a king and queen sleeping in a castle. the first floor is like a separate home its so big and spacious. I cant wait to go back next year. I could not imagine ever vacationing in the Poconos any other way.

Warm, inviting and well maintained; those were the initial thoughts on the property while we were settling in. The house was big enough to fit the 16 of us comfortably. Its furnished as a home and not a rental; big comfortable leather sofas, flat screen tvs (though my young niece had hoped for a 52 inch), cooking utensil...you name it and most likely it was there. My compliments to the home owners for providing the small touches that makes this property more home like than most rentals you will find in the Poconos. You will find these little touches add up quite quickly, all evidence of the owner's intentions on providing a quality stay. I will not make a list of the 'touches' as that is not as important as the point I am trying to make....the big difference maker here are the home owners - they care about their house and they care about making your stay enjoyable. My only complaint for the weekend has nothing to do with the house or owners, but has to do with the Welcome Center for the community. Though they are not rude, I wouldnt say the people that work in the Welcome Center will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I had to go to the Welcome Center twice and both times I forgot I was on a mini vacation and thought I was on line in some office waiting for help from someone that did not want to be there. Any how...bottom line...we had a great time in the house and am glad we chose the property!

Everything about this house is just perfect. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed another week. If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place. This home was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are all set. We had 4 children and it was nice to let them watch the big screen TV downstairs so the adults could have some adult time. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffe every morning was so peaceful. The pools were also great. Thank you for providing such a nice vacation home.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Could have done without the rain but I suppose you have no control over that. There was plenty of room for everyone and such a spacious kitchen/dining area, it was truly a joy. We thank you all for your hospitality. You should be very proud of your home away from home. Again, Thank You and God Bless!

The house was perfect for our family renunion with lots of gathering spaces and eating areas. The kitchen was very well supplied for our preparing and serving dinners for a large group. We loved the big screen TV and the high speed internet.Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The house was so clean and neat and decorated to make us feel so comfortable - a real home away from home. The discriptions on the Internet were so helpful to know exactly what to expect.
