The property features a covered boat lift and jet ski lifts with a large dock perfect for fishing. The property is conveniently close to restaurants and night life that are always fun to travel to by boat. The property has been completely remodeled and updated with over 100K spent on remodeling.
This property is perfect for the avid boater, fisherman or someone simply wanting to get away and enjoy some time in a truly tranquil place. Families with children are always welcome and pets are taken on a case by case basis. We are very proud of our vacation home and ask if you rent it that you treat it as if it was your own.
IT IS NOT PROFITABLE FOR US TO RENT THE HOME FOR LESS THAN FOUR NIGHTS. THEREFORE WE ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE ON OUR FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM. WE DO CHARGE A 1000.00 DOLLAR DEPOSIT THAT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER RENTAL IS COMPLETE. THE HOME FEATURES FINE FURNITURE AND ANTIQUES. WHICH IS WHY WE CHARGE A LARGE DEPOSIT. NO LARGE PARTIES OF ANY KIND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
