Start your day waking up to the beautiful view of the 18th green of a Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. While pondering your day, you can enjoy your breakfast listening to the tranquil sound of water just below your deck. You may choose to take one day at a time exploring all that Bayside, Fenwick Island and Ocean City have to offer.

Enjoy a day of golf or relax at the new recreation center with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, kids water park/play area, game room, basketball, tennis & volleyball courts. There is also a new Carousel and kids playground in walking distance. Afterwords you can choose to eat in and grocery shop at the new 24 hour Harris Teeter Gourmet grocery store.

Otherwise, you may want to spend your time on the beach and enjoy the sand, boardwalk, shopping, miniature golf, boating, fishing, jet skiing, or choosing to eat out with your choice of numerous restaurants.

The night life is fantastic with the Rusty Rudder, Fagers Island, Secrets and many more just a drive away.

If you are looking for a little romance or a nice quiet place to read a book. You may choose to enjoy the private Bayside beach.

  • My wife and I absolutely loved the place which is very nicely decorated, has a gorgeous view of the golf course and so much space (great condo layout). We spent a wonderful week-end as it is very easy to go to the north shore from it. We also kept visiting the Harry Teeter which is literally just around the corner... There is also the opportunity inside the resort to drive to the bay with a very nice nature trail to enjoy. Definitely recommends the place.

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo with very nice furnishings. It's very spacious with 2 decks, 3 sitting areas, a huge master bedroom and large master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 4 miles from the Fenwick beach and a shuttle that comes by on the hour from 10am to 6pm. Coming from the DC area, having comfortable surroundings with lots of space is a hard combination to come by, so it was great to have it here. Oh, and it's close to the front entrance of the resort community so it's very easy to get in/out of the neighborhood. The Harris Teeter is right outside the front entrance so it's about 3/4 mile.

The view overlooking the golf course was amazing and the private elevator really came in handy with two small children!   • Relaxing atmosophere with recreation within walking distance. The condo is awesome. It overlooks the 18th hole. The pool had a great children's water park. There was also a private beach and nature trail within the gaited community. FIVE STARS!!
