Summit Ridge Main House: 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath - Sleeps 12
The Summit Ridge Main House is the crowning hilltop jewel of the estate. With luxurious furnishings and a custom-built multi-level floor plan, the interior of the home complements its gorgeous surroundings. Built with nature in mind, the many windows showcase the landscaped exterior and the spectacular views beyond. French doors make a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors, from the kitchen to the BBQ and outdoor dining area, from the living room to outdoor deck, Eco-friendly artificial turf, non-bromide hot tub and saline solar heated pool (avail Summer only).
Group living is easy in this large home. The well-separated bedrooms and downstairs family room allow for individuals to have their own space, while the open living/dining/kitchen design provides ample room for people to gather together. The main master bedroom, located up it's own flight of stairs, has a king bed, private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the view beyond. The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Two more bedrooms offer flexibility for various sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom has a twin with a twin trundle that can sleep two separately, or can be joined to form a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and folding doors that can be opened to overlook the family room, which has a large flat-screen television.
The gourmet kitchen has all a chef requires, with state-of-the-art appliances including a Fisher & Paykel 5 burner gas range with griddle insert, two ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and dishwasher. Cook and converse with others, who can sit on stools around the kitchen island or gather around the nearby breakfast table. The wet bar, complete with a sink, a variety of glasses, and bar utensils, is located in the kitchen area.
Summit Ridge Carriage House: 4 Bed, 2 Bath - Sleeps 12
Located slightly up and back from the Main House is The Summit Ridge Carriage House. A two story duplex, consisting of an upper 3 bedroom 1 bath unit, and a lower 1 bedroom 1 bath unit, the Carriage House is a great place for multiple families or groups of friends to stay. The Carriage House has it's own outdoor gathering area with cushioned lounge chairs and a 6 person spa.
The downstairs one-bedroom unit makes for a charming, tucked-away suite. The living space is tastefully decorated and has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The dining area, a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, has a small kitchenette-style kitchen with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a two-burner stove. The large bedroom has sliding-glass doors to the yard and a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower.
The upstairs three bedroom loft-style unit is a truly delightful place to stay. The unique roofline, created by large dormer windows, divide the open floor-plan, which contains a full kitchen, dining area with woodstove, and living area. Large windows face the woods and hills. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and an ottoman that opens to a single cot, suitable for a child who sleeps near their parents. The small second bedroom is just off the living area and has a double/twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is the only part of this unit located on the lower level and has a king bed. The garage below the home features a full in home Gym a complete set-up for a great workout. |
