The house is situated on a large private lot on a dead end street in the Crafts Field section of Katama, one half mile from South Beach and 2 miles from Edgartown.
It is beautifully decorated featuring island artists, well landscaped and maintained.
The upstairs bedroom is oversized and overlooks the multiple bird feeders and flower beds. There is a fanover the bed as well as a skylight for star gazing. The down stairs bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom and has two twin beds. The living room features a cathedral ceiling with fan.
There is a private outside shower. A deck wraps three sides of the house with chairs and tables for dining/entertaining/relaxing. It is fully equipped inside and out.
