Our Condo is located on the THIRD floor and is oceanfront, offering a spectacular sunrise and awesome beach views.
It is newly remodeled, has wall to wall ceramic tiles and all the amenities of home!
(There is NOT an elevator on this property)
The balcony can be accessed from the living area and from the Master bedroom. Spectacular sunrises and beach breezes can be enjoyed from either area comfortably.
Each bedroom is provided with linens, cable TV, telephone and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is full service including - coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender, utensils, bakeware and pots and pans.
Historic St. Augistine is only 15 minutes away and Daytona Speedway and Jacksonville are both within 45 minutes.
This is truly a home away from home!
Onsite there are 3 pools to choose from, a jacuzzi or use of the exercise facility.
Just steps away, you can soak up the sun on the beach; realxing, walking, running and bike riding.
Water activities in St. Augustine include boat and jet ski rentals, chartered fishing trips and sunset sailing.
And remember to take a relaxing drive down the beach!!!
Take a day to visit old St. Augustine and visit its unique shops, many restaurants, Flagler college, historic churches, ghost tours, carriage rides, Potter's Wax Museum or the Lighthouse and museum.
Just outside the town you can tour the Ponce de Leon fountain of Youth or the famous Alligator Farm.
Also, there are many golf courses and outlet shopping nearby.
