The kitchen is large with a breakfast room, loads of cabinets, all amenities and desk area. The breakfast room opens to backyard deck with BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and views of woods. The upstairs has 3 full bedrooms with 3 full baths (3 Master bedrooms). The upstairs is wall to wall carpeting except in kitchen. The downstairs features a lovely travertine entry way, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 family room with sofa bed, sofa, dance floor area and TV. The play room has a pool table/ping-pong table plus a retro bar with 2 small refrigerators, sink.
The house has a 2 car garage with automatic openers, plus plenty of off-street parking area for many cars and RV.
The best thing about this property aside from the comfortable structure is that it is in walking distance to the private beach. Your children will not have to cross a major road to go there.
It is a great home filled with wonderful memories and times. Not rented very often. Shared by 4 siblings most of the time.
