Location: Kent Island, Maryland, USA (1 hour from BWI Airport, 20 minutes from Annapolis)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Welcome to Bay Daze- Enjoy a wonderful, restful weekend or week at our Bay home that sits directly on the Chesapeake Bay, located across the Bay is Annapolis. Every night- enjoy the sunsets on the deck or dock.

Crab or Fish off the 110 foot private dock. We have crab pots, a holding pot, & fishing poles. Launch your boat in the water at Matapeake Park (1 mile from our house). Boat around to our home to pick up your guest. Cool off in the in ground private pool overlooking the Bay & Bay Bridge.

We are located 3 miles from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Stevensville, Maryland. Kent Narrows is less than 10 minutes away for dining & night life. Shopping at the Queen'stown Outlets is just 15 minutes away.

Our home is decorated in a Tropical Palm & Nautical theme throughout. There are 3 bedrooms. All have Queen size beds & the den has a Queen sleeper. One Bedroom is on the main floor. The other two are upstairs. There are 2 full baths. One on each floor. The kitchen is a full service kitchen. The dining room is off the kitchen and has a fireplace. There are 2 sitting rooms with TV's & DVD player's. The den off the kitchen is one of the sitting rooms and the TV & Stereo has a surround sound system.

Shannon and I would like to express our gratitude for your generosity in renting your beautiful home to us for our honeymoon. We have rented many vacation homes in the past few years and I must say yours was the cleanest, best equipped and overall nicest one yet!.......We really enjoyed and were touched by your gift, also. Everything was better than you described and the instructions on use of supplied tvs, etc were clear and concise. We had great weather and swam in the pool each day. The unexpected bonus was just how QUIET it was be it day or night....just delightful. We enjoyed watching the very active ship channel right in front of the home and saw many different types of boats -- was a great time. Really hated to leave this morning.....

  • My husband, myself and some really wonderful friends from the Philadelphia area get together annually for a long weekend getaway. This year, we stayed at the Bay Daze on Kent Island and really could not have been happier. The house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool was so refreshing - especially with the hot weather that we had - and the bay was full of fish to be caught. We ordered some crabs from a local place on Rt. 8 and brought them back to the picnic tables to enjoy outside. The owners were more than accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. It was a pleasant stay, and we really look forward to renting again. Beth and Brian Kunkel

  • We rented Bay Daze for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. The unobstructed bay views are unbeatable - even from the kitchen & den. Pool over looking the bay is sensational. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. There's hardly reason to ever leave the property. It's very quiet and relaxing, even on a holiday weekend. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. Overall a great experience. We hope to rent again in the future.

  • My family and I rented Bay Daze for a long weekend while attending a family reunion on Kent Island. The house is great-------- lovely unobstructed views, fabulous pool and outdoor eating and lounging areas. Bedrooms are comfortable, Hope to return next year.

  • Lovely home with excellent view of the bay and surrounding area. Pool is wonderful for relaxing. Dock is great for fishing. Home is clean, well cared for, and beautifully decorated. Appliances are all top of the line and the kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. There are two bikes available for riding. We rented two kayaks which added to the fun for our teens. This is a great vacation choice!

  • We just returned from a wonderful week at Bay Daze on Kent Island, MD. The house is located right on the water with an unobstructed view of the Chesapeake Bay, the Bay Bridge and the Naval Academy across the water. The outdoor decks and pool add to the relaxing atmosphere. The home is tastefully decorated and appointed and is located near the quaint town of Stevensville and is a trip across the Bay Bridge to downtown Annapolis. It is also conveniently located about 30-40 minutes from the BWI Airport. The home is less than a ten minute ride from grocery stores and other shopping and there are many restaurants nearby for those who do not want to travel into Annapolis. Bay Daze is a charming, relaxing vacation spot!
